中文摘要：	中小商业银行作为金融体系的重要组成部分，在推进经济社会发展中发挥重要作用。作为全国性股份制商业银行，渤海银行经营灵活、富有创新活力，对区域经济发展起到了很大的推动作用。本文以渤海银行的市场定位和发展战略确定过程为研究重点，对渤海银行的发展现状和未来发展方向进行了具体的分析和研究。基于战略管理等相关资料，以战略制定为研究重点，指出了研究背景以及选题的重要意义、课题的理论研究工具、研究方式、研究思路和总体框架。通过深入研究商业银行的内、外部环境，制定出符合渤海银行特色的发展战略框架和实施策略，通过有效的保障方式和监督机制切实地贯彻和实施保证战略落地，获取竞争优势，真正构建起具有渤海银行特色的发展战略模式。通过探讨渤海银行的发展战略确定的过程，本文为金融业转型发展背景下的中小商业银行在经营分析、策略选择、战略实施和业务创新方面提供了更加丰富的参考，为中小商业银行的发展战略定位选择提供了指导价值的思路和方法，对中小商业银行发展方向研究工作具有长远意义。面对崭新的金融环境，渤海银行以成为“最佳体验现代财资管家”为长远发展愿景，始终以客户为中心，通过特色化、综合化、数字化、国际化四大抓手，搭建人才、科技、党建、企业文化、风险和战略投资的支持体系，持续推动转型的战略定位，树立了“客户为先、开放创新、协作有为、人本关爱”的企业核心价值观，努力在日趋激烈的市场竞争中明确自身市场定位及发展战略，做到“守正出奇”。
英文摘要：	Small and medium-sized commercial banks, as important financial groups, play an important role in promoting economic and social development. As a national joint-stock commercial bank, China Bohai Bank is flexible in operation, full of innovative vitality, and has played a great role in promoting the regional economic development. This paper focuses on the market positioning and development strategy determination of China Bohai Bank and makes a concrete analysis and study on the current situation and future development direction of this Bank. According to relevant materials such as strategic management, this paper, with a focus on strategy formulation, points out the research background, the significance of the selected topic, and the theoretical research tools, methods, ideas and general framework of the subject. Through a thorough study of the internal and external environment of commercial banks, the development strategy framework and implementation strategy conforming to the characteristics of China Bohai Bank are formulated. Through effective safeguard methods and supervision mechanisms to ensure the strategic landing and obtain competitive advantage, the development strategy model with the characteristics of China Bohai Bank is truly constructed. By discussing the process of determining the development strategy of China Bohai Bank, this paper provides more abundant references for the small and medium-sized commercial banks in the aspects of operation analysis, strategy selection, strategy implementation and business innovation under the background of the opening-up policy of banks. It also provides guidance for the small and medium-sized commercial banks in the choice of development strategy orientation, which is of long-term significance to the research on the development direction of small and medium-sized commercial banks. In the face of a new financial environment, China Bohai Bank takes becoming "the modern financial housekeeper with the best experience" as its long-term development vision, clearly regards customers as the core, and establishes six major guarantees, including human resources, scientific and technological research, party building, corporate culture, risk control and strategic investment through the four major tasks of specialization, comprehensiveness, digitization and nationalization. Moreover, it also continuously promotes the transformation of the strategic orientation, sets up the core corporate values of “customer first, open innovation, resultful collaboration and humanistic care,” and strives to make clear its own market position and development strategy in the increasingly fierce market competition, in order to be extraordinary and innovative while adhering to the routine.
