中文摘要:公司金融业务是商业银行对公司客户(包括机构类客户)的各项金融业务,是商业银行资金的运用业务。在我国,商业银行的营业收入有50%甚至更高的比例直接来源于公司金融业务,同时,公司金融业务对零售业务的开展也有巨大的拉动作用,对商业银行的整体经营至关重要,是商业银行发展的基石。放眼全球金融市场也是如此,世界上排名靠前的各大银行都有着很强的公司金融业务作为支撑。 TS市是北方工业重镇,是河北省各地级市中的“龙头老大”,也是各家金融机构争相进驻的“金融宝地”。截至2017年末拥有各类金融机构137家(不含小贷公司)。其中,银行业金融机构43家(含财务公司1家)。 我国目前实施的以“去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板”五大任务为目标的供给侧改革对产业结构调整及行业经营环境产生了重要影响。招商银行TS 分行所在区域为重工业城市,是去产能去杠杆的重点区域,从资产业务投放到风险控制都受到巨大的挑战。 另一方面随着市场放开,互联网等信息技术的快速发展,传统的盈利模式逐渐面临着利率市场化,金融竞争日趋激烈,利差逐步收窄的影响和挑战。 再有,强监管给银行的经营开始造成越来越大的压力,金融监管机构强监管,金融回归本源,堵截关闭了各类通道业务,表外理财、非标资产的辉煌逐渐成为历史。防控金融风险的同时,压缩了银行资金的投放获利的渠道。 随着产业结构调整供给侧改革的不断深入,金融领域监管政策的陆续出台,TS市当地的商业银行机构相对于其他地区的机构承受着更大的来自不良贷款增加、资产业务投放不足,负债业务增长乏力的问题。 截至2017年末,招商银行TS分行公司金融业务贷款余额21.4亿元,不良贷款余额0.55亿元;对公存款余额42亿元;资产质量有了根本性好转;轻型银行初步形成良好口碑。本文通过对招商银行TS分行公司金融业务的发展现状、TS市当地经济结构及发展情况的研究,发现TS分行公司金融业务发展当前存在诸多问题。客群规模小,经营不深入;客户经理人员编制紧张,专业化程度较低,流动性大; 资产投放不足,负债增长乏力,“轻型银行” 缺乏持续性;风险控制任重道远。 为了解决上述问题,本文对招商银行TS分行公司金融业务的内部、外部环境进行分析,并对TS分行公司金融业务进行内部优劣势和外部威胁与机遇的SWOT态势分析。其中,内部环境分析主要从公司金融业务条线机构设置、经营规模、风险控制、行内信贷政策几个方面进行分析;外部环境分析主要从供给侧改革、金融监管形势、中美贸易摩擦、一带一路战略、TS市区域经济金融环境几个方面进行分析。 通过SWOT分析得出,TS分行内部优势主要有:TS分行的后发优势、TS分行一级分行优势、品牌优势;内部劣势主要有:对公信贷资产业务投放不足、人员编制紧张、行内信贷政策不利于本地产业结构、客户经理流动性大几个问题;外部机遇主要有:TS市毗邻京津、处于“一带一路”交汇点、产业转型升级机会多几点机遇;外部威胁主要有:TS市产业结构较差、宏观政策不利于本地公司金融业务发展、金融强监管趋严、中美贸易摩擦日趋严峻、同业竞争激烈几个方面。 通过上述对环境及优劣势的分析,针对TS分行目前存在的问题,给出打造客户服务体系、打造客户经理管理体系、多途径破解业务困局、公私联动、持续改进风险管理几点对策建议。  
英文摘要:Corporate finance business is the various financial business of commercial banks to corporate customers (including institutional customers), and is also the use of commercial banks’ funds. In our country, 50% or even higher of the business income of commercial banks comes directly from corporate financial business. At the same time, corporate financial business also plays a huge role in promoting the development of retail business, which is very important to the overall operation of commercial banks and is the cornerstone of the development of commercial banks. Looking at the global financial market, the world's top banks have strong corporate finance business as a support. TS city is an important industrial town in the north, the "leader" of cities at all levels in Hebei Province, and the "financial treasure land" where various financial institutions compete to enter. By the end of 2017, there were 137 financial institutions (excluding small loan companies). Among them, there are 43 banking financial institutions (including one financial company). At present, the supply-side reform, which aims at the five tasks of "capacity removal, inventory removal, leverage removal, cost reduction and shortage compensation board", has exerted an important influence on the adjustment of industrial structure and the business environment of the industry. China Merchants Bank TS Branch is located in a heavy industrial city, which is the key area to de-leverage production capacity. It faces great challenges from asset business to risk control. On the other hand, with the opening of the market and the rapid development of information technology, such as the Internet, the traditional profit model is gradually facing the impact and challenges of interest rate marketization, increasingly fierce financial competition and narrowing interest margin. Thirdly, strong supervision has begun to put more and more pressure on the operation of banks. Financial regulators have strengthened supervision, returned to the origin of finance, blocked all kinds of channel business, and the brilliance of off-balance-sheet financing and non-standard assets has gradually become history. While preventing and controlling financial risks, it also reduces the channels for banks to invest and make profits. With the deepening of the supply-side reform of industrial restructuring and the introduction of regulatory policies in the financial field, local commercial banks in TS city bear more problems than those in other regions, such as the increase of non-performing loans, insufficient investment in asset business, and weak growth in debt business. By the end of 2017, China Merchants Bank TS Branch had a financial loan balance of 2.14 billion yuan, a non-performing loan balance of 0.55 billion yuan, a public deposit balance of 4.2 billion yuan, a fundamental improvement in asset quality, and a good reputation for light banks. Through the research on the development status of financial business of TS Branch of China Merchants Bank, the local economic structure and development of TS City, this paper finds that there are many problems in the development of financial business of TS Branch. The size of the customer group is small and the operation is not in-depth; the staffing of the customer managers is tight, the degree of specialization is low and the liquidity is large; the assets are insufficient, the growth of liabilities is weak; the "light bank" lacks sustainability; and the risk control has a long way to go. In order to solve the above problems, this paper analyses the internal and external environment of TS Branch Finance of China Merchants Bank, and makes SWOT analysis of its internal strengths and weaknesses and external threats and opportunities. The analysis of internal environment mainly includes the establishment of financial institutions, the scale of operation, risk control, and credit policy within the bank. The analysis of external environment is mainly from the aspects of supply side reform, financial supervision situation, Sino US trade friction, “the Belt and Road” strategy, and TS urban economic and financial environment. Through SWOT analysis, the internal advantages of TS branch are as follows: TS branch's late-developing advantage, TS branch's first-level branch's advantage and brand advantage; the internal disadvantages are: insufficient investment in public credit assets business, tight staffing, disadvantageous internal credit policy to local industrial structure, large liquidity of customer managers; External opportunities mainly include: TS city is adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin, and there are many opportunities at the intersection of “the Belt and Road” and opportunities for industrial transformation and upgrading. External threats mainly include: TS city has poor industrial structure, macro policies are not conducive to local financial development, tighter financial supervision, trade friction between China and the United States is becoming increasingly grim, and fierce competition in financial market. Through the above analysis of the environment, advantages and disadvantages, and in view of the existing problems of TS Branch, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on building customer service system, building customer manager management system, solving business dilemma through multiple ways, public-private linkage and continuous improvement of risk management.
