中文摘要：	中信集团创新改造办公空间项目是在当今的经济大环境下，应运而生的，能够为建设创新型国家,提高民众创新能力提供新的思路。中信集团创新改造办公空间项目的推进，是作者根据本企业内部发展要求和新政策新情况以及市场的需要与变化，制定的创新发展的必经之路，作者运用对项目管理中的风险管理理论，以实际对中信集团创新改造办公空间项目中遇到的风险为例，从管理人员的视角，风险管理的角度对创新改造办公空间项目风险管理进行研究，主要内容包括对中信集团创新改造办公空间项目的创新性分析、改造中遇到的风险识别以及风险应对和监控。 本文共分为六章，即绪论、相关理论与文献综述、实施创新改造办公空间项目的目的、风险与风险识别、风险应对和监控、结论与展望。第一章绪论部分描述了选题背景和研究意义、研究内容和研究方法、研究技术路线和论文结构。第二章对项目风险、项目风险管理相关理论与文献综述进行了介绍。第三章对中信集团创新改造办公空间项目的概况进行了说明，并对此类改造项目的创新性进行了分析。第四章以中信集团创新改造办公空间项目为研究对象，对项目的风险进行了分析，并运用风险识别的方法，识别出了几个主要的风险，并在此基础上进行了风险的度量分析。第五章对项目各阶段风险的应对措施和监控进行了详细的分析。第六章是结论和展望部分，对研究结论与创新及研究的不足与后续展望。 本文通过文献研究方法和案例研究方法进行研究。利用文献研究方法的全面的获得资料，进而对项目风险管理进行研究。利用案例研究方法对中信集团创新改造办公空间项目的创性和风险管理方法应用进行验证。
英文摘要：	The project of ‘Future Office Space’ of CITIC Group is emerged in the current economic environment which helps to build an innovative country and improve public’s innovative capabilities. The implementation of the ‘Future Office Space’ is based on the author’s understanding of combination of company development, new policy, market change and requirement. To better use risk management and difficulties faced, author did research from view of executive management, risk management which including analysis of innovation of Future Office Space, risk assessment and problem solving. The thesis takes part in 6 chapters, which are introduction, relevant theories and literature review, purpose of build innovation office space, risk and risk assessment, risk management, conclusion and vision. The first chapter introduces the background of the project, purpose, content and structure. The second chapter is focused on risk, risk management and introduces the relevant theories and literature review. The third chapter introduces the background of the ‘Future Office Space’ of CITIC Group, research and analysis of the innovation. The fourth part is including risk assessment and analysis, as well as problem solving. There are few examples in this chapter. The fifth chapter gives a detailed analysis of the issue handling, monitoring of risks in each stages of the project. The sixth chapter is a conclusion and vision, not only the conclusion of the innovation research, but also the insufficiency of the innovation and research and improvements need. There are two aspects in the research, which are literature methods and case study. Having full picture and information from literature to analyze the risk management. Using Future Office Space project of CITIC Group as a real case to test and verify the result of the research.
