| 中文摘要: | 在大宗商品行业迅猛发展之下,带动了市场竞争加剧,与此同时国家监管环境变化以及不断出台的新举措,A企业当前存在着较大的市场环境压力,并且内部也面临着较大发展压力,此时对员工绩效管理提出了更高标准。人力资源管理之中,员工绩效管理处于重要地位,其是整体人力资源管理工作的基础。对于员工绩效管理的改进势在必行。本文基于个案角度,开展了对A企业员工绩效管理的讨论,从而分析当前企业在员工绩效管理当中所面临的不足和问题,然后充分结合国内外相关理论成果,采用实际和理论相结合的方式,对企业员工绩效管理进行有效的改进和优化,确保员工绩效管理的针对性、完整性以及科学性。 基于相关理论之上,本文着重分析A企业的情况并对员工绩效管理进行了明确的界定,对员工绩效管理进行清晰地梳理,设计了员工绩效管理指标提取的方法和工具,规范了员工绩效管理的流程。改进后的员工绩效管理,具有参与主体多样化、客体层次化、管理全面化以及方法多样化、结果实践化等,由此在提高企业员工绩效管理方面有着重大意义。 本文所针对性提出的研究改进方案,在A企业员工绩效管理有效性方面有着积极影响,同时有助于提升企业绩效管理水平。这将会给同类型小企业的发展以及面临相同绩效管理问题的企业,在绩效管理提升方面提供科学的理论指导和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of the commodity industry, market competition has been intensified. At the same time, the national regulatory environment has changed and new measures have been constantly introduced. A company is facing great market environment pressure and internal development pressure. In human resource management, employee performance management is in an important part, which is the foundation of overall human resource management. It is imperative to improve employee performance management. Based on the case perspective, we carry out the discussion of the A enterprise employee performance management, and analysis of the current enterprise in the employee performance management deficiencies and problems faced, and then fully combined with relevant theoretical results domestic and foreign, combine practical and theoretical method, to the enterprise employee performance management for effective improvement and optimization, to ensure the employee performance management pertinence, integrity, and scientific. Based on relevant theories, we focus on the analysis of the situation of A company to clearly define employee performance management, and sort out employee performance management, we also design methods and tools for extracting employee performance management indicators, and standardize the process of employee performance management. The improved employee performance management has diversified participants, hierarchical objects, comprehensive management, diversified methods, and practical results, which are great significance in improving employee performance management. The research and improvement plan proposed in this paper has a positive impact on the effectiveness of employee performance management in A company, and is also conducive to the improvement of enterprise performance management level. This will provide scientific guidance and reference for the development of small enterprises of the same type and enterprises facing the same performance management problems in similar situation. | |
