| 中文摘要: | 随着时代的发展,科技的进步,电子行业迎来了新的发展。2010年上海世博会举办后,各类新型电子产品消费热点逐步形成,汽车、手机、数码产品等更新换代频繁,促使印刷电路板(也称印刷线路板PCB)产品的用途和市场不断扩展,加上近些年4G网络的普及,5G网络的发展,国内宽带提速,使得终端产品的越来越智能化,如智能手机、智能手表、智能显示器、智能相机、智能家居等,而且终端产品的功能越来越强大,体积却越来小,带来比传统市场更大的需求,对各大厂商的工艺要求、设计能力、服务质量等提出了新的要求。 PCB产业需求的提升给企业带来了足够的利润,各厂商在扩张生产、研发高端产品的同时,也面临着各种风险,以高阶线路板研发为例,由于厂区建设工程大、时间长,生产过程中能源消耗大,附带大量废弃物的产生,导致在线路板研发时存在一定的风险。因此如何防范高阶线路板投资的潜在风险,制定出有效的风险防范措施十分必要。 本文以WTDZ有限公司的高阶线路板投资项目为研究对象。首先,简单说明项目的背景;然后,对项目管理和风险管理的理论进行综述;接着,简单介绍高阶线路板投资项目概况及项目的独特性;在此基础上,借助科学的风险识别方法,分析出项目的潜在的风险,并对根据风险的影响程度对其进行分类、排序,列出风险清单并;最后,根据项目的实际情况结合理论研究,制定出符合项目稳定运行的管理措辞,从而达到降低风险发生的概率或降低风险对项目的影响,保证项目如期进行。 本文的研究成果,有利于WTDZ有限公司的高阶线路板投资项目的开展,为项目的运行提供保障,同时提升了企业在行业中的竞争优势,将为企业取得更大的发展前景和经济效益。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of The Times and the progress of science and technology, the electronic industry has ushered in new opportunities for development. After the 2010 Shanghai world expo was held, various types of new electronic products became popular,and automobiles,mobile phones and digital products were updated frequently, which prompted the continuouse expansion of the use and market of PCB (also known as printed circuit board). Coupled with the popularization of the 4G network, the development of the 5G network and domestic broadband acceleration in recent years, the end products became more and more intelligent, such as smart phones, smart watches, smart monitor, smart cameras, smart home and so on. This kind of end product was more function but the size was smaller and smaller, therefore the higher requirements were put forward on the technical ability, design ability and service quality of major PCB suppliers and leaded to a greater market demand for high-end PCB。 The ascension of PCB industry demand brought sufficient profits to the enterprise, and the major PCB suppliers were also faced with various risks in expanding production and researching&developing high-end products. In the case of the high-end PCB development, due to the large factory construction project need long time and the production process energy consumption is large, with a large amount of waste produced, which cause the risk of the research and development of high-end PCB. Therefore, it is necessary to work out effective risk prevention measures to prevent the potential risk of high-end PCB development. The research object of this thesis is the high-end circuit board r&d project of WTDZ co., LTD. Firstly, briefly explain the background of the project. Then, summarize the theory of project management and risk management. Next,briefly introduce the general situation of high-end PCB investment projects and its uniqueness. On this basis, with the help of scientific risk identification methods, the potential risks of the project are analyzed and classified and sorted according to the degree of risk impact, and the risk list is listed. Finally, according to the actual situation of the project and combined with the theoretical research, develop management measures in line with the stable operation of the project so as to reduce the probability of risk occurrence or the impact of risk on the project and ensure the project to proceed as scheduled. The research results of this thesis are beneficial to the high-end PCB research and investment projects of WTDZ co., LTD., which provid guarantee for the operation of the project and enhance the enterprise's competitive advantage in the industry, which will enable the enterprise to obtain greater development prospects and economic benefits. | |
