| 中文摘要: | 从当前我国的产业结构来看,多数企业的状况仍然是研发和营销两头薄弱,而产能相对过剩的枣核形结构。部分企业对产品开发不够重视,不愿投入足够的资源,导致我国的工业产品长期徘徊在中低端市场,或者直接作为外资企业的代工厂。实践结论告诉我们,企业如果想要取得长远的发展,就必须重视产品开发环节,它是一家企业长远发展的压仓石。 目前精益理论在生产制造和服务行业都受到了极高的推崇,在实践中被不断地完善,并逐渐形成了相对完整的理论体系。但是其在产品开发环节的应用则尚处在起步阶段。目前颇具代表性的相关理论如精益集成产品开发理论(LiPD)和精益产品开发体系理论(流程-高技能员工-工具方法基础模型),二者都源自于对丰田产品开发模式的研究结果。结合电梯行业的基本特点,作者选取后者作为本篇文章的理论基础。 本文以OTIS电梯公司为研究对象,结合作者长期在产品开发项目管理工作中总结的经验和教训,研究探讨精益产品开发理论对公司组织体系的改善和推动作用。文章首先阐明了选题的背景和意义,并对文章的主要内容进行了概括总结,进而对精益产品开发体系理论进行了回顾。后文中重点分析了OTIS电梯公司的产品开发体系目前存在的主要问题,即精益化改善的依据和动因,并以精益产品开发模型衍生的五个体系为基础,对OTIS电梯公司的产品开发体系改善提出了具体的方案,以提高产品开发效率,消除浪费,并提高组织的创造力和凝聚力。最后,针对上文中提出的改进方案,提出了相对应的实施保障和对预期效果的评价方法。 文章在写作过程中充分的将理论与实际相结合,旨在以电梯行业中颇具代表性的OTIS公司为范例。从精益产品开发的角度去审视企业,并指导企业的业务体系改善。提供了一种了解、分析和提高企业产品开发水平的方法。为关联行业企业的产品开发能力水平提升提供了一种思路和行动方向。对制造型企业,尤其是高端装备制造业的产品开发体系的构建和改善活动具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Judging from the current industrial structure of our country, most enterprises are still weak in R&D and marketing, while with excess produce capacity. Enterprises do not aware enough importance to product development and are unwilling to invest too much resources on it, which result to long-term lingering in the low-end market of industrial products in China. Or as OEM factory for foreign enterprises. The conclusion of continuous practice time and time again tells us that if an enterprise wants to achieve long-term development, it must pay more attention to the product development process, which is the cornerstone of a long-term development of an enterprise. At present, lean theory has been highly praised in manufacturing and service industries, and has been constantly improved by practices, which gradually formed a perfect theoretical system. But its application in product development is still in its infancy. Some representative theories such as Lean Integrated Product Development Theory (LiPD) and Toyota Lean Product Development Theory (Process-High Skilled Employee-Tool and Methodological foundation model). Combined with the basic characteristics of the elevator industry, the author choose the latter one as the basis theoretical of this thesis. This thesis takes OTIS Elevator Company as the research object, combines with the author's experience and lessons in product development project management works. Discuss the improvement and promotion effect of lean product development theory on the corresponding function of a company. Firstly the author clarifies the background and significance of the topic, and summarizes the main contents of this thesis, then reviews the theory of lean product development. After that, the main problems existing in the product development system of OTIS elevator company are analyzed emphatically, which is the motivation of lean improvement. Based on the five systems derived from the lean product development model, the scheme for improvement of OTIS elevator company is put forward. Whose target is to make the product development efficiency , eliminate the wastes and improve the creativity and cohesion of the organization. Finally, in view of the improvement scheme proposed as above, the author puts forward the implementation guarantee and the evaluation method of the expected effect. The thesis combines the theory with practice, aiming to take OTIS company as an example. From the perspective of lean product development, we could examine the enterprise and to guide the improvement activities. It provides a way to understand, analyze and improve the enterprises’ product development management, and provides the direction and train of thought for the upgrading of product development capability of related industries. It has certain reference and guiding significance for the construction and improvement of product development system of manufacturing enterprises, especially the high-end equipment manufacturing industry. | |
