| 中文摘要: | 建筑装饰行业已经成为建筑业中的三大支柱性产业之一,是一个劳动密集型行业。是随着房地产热潮的逐步兴起,快速成长起来的朝阳产业。近些年来,伴随中国经济的快速增长以及相关行业的蓬勃发展,建筑装饰行业愈加显示出了其巨大的发展潜力,市场增长空间以平均每年20%左右的速度递增。已经发展为涵盖公共建筑装饰行业、家庭装饰行业、主要为住宅装饰和建筑幕墙行业的成熟产业,在我国国民经济发展中占有重要地位。建筑装饰行业虽然市场空间广阔,成长性较好,但是进入门槛相对较低,行业管理也不规范,市场竞争激烈,行业整体技术含量低、同质化严重、市场集中度极低,规模型企业较少。另外,销售端也极为分散,小卖家、装修公司数量庞大,传统的经营模式下信息极不对称,消费者不能完全决定使用何种产品,而取决于其服务商(装饰公司、工程队)的推荐,造成眼下建材行业的采购和销售,很大比例来自服务商及其供货商,而不是消费者。在传统建材经销供应链中,产品从生产工厂通过经销商再转向集成商再转向终端,成本不断翻升,周期延长,也很难保证优质的服务。目前我国经济发展进入了新常态,从中央经济会议对经济趋势性变化的阐述中可以看出人们对消费品展现出个性化、新颖化、智能化、专业化、差异化等方面的需求,而作为人们消费占比最高的房屋,消费需求也从传统的低端向高端转化,互联网+、大数据、智慧城市、绿色建筑、智能制造、被动房、装配式建筑、智能物联网平台等新理念在建筑装饰行业的渗入,行业市场也在悄然发生变化,传统的商业模式已经无法创造更多的价值,也不能促进行业的快速发展了,因此必须进行创新转型,才能适应经济新常态下行业及企业持续健康发展的需要。本文通过文献、经验总结等研究方法阐述了传统建筑装饰行业发展现状、存在问题,也阐述了未来的发展趋势和前景,并以东方海川公司的案例说明创新转型的必然性必要性,为同行业提供参考。关键词:创新转型;互联网+;商业模式;智能物联网平台 | |
| 英文摘要: | Building decoration industry has become one of the three pillar industries in the construction industry, is a labor-intensive industry. It is a rising industry with the rapid growth of the real estate boom. In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's economy and the vigorous development of related industries, the construction and decoration industry has shown its tremendous potential for development, and the market growth space is increasing at an average annual rate of about 20%. It has developed into a mature industry covering public building decoration industry, family decoration industry, mainly residential decoration and building curtain wall industry, and occupies an important position in China's national economic development. Although the building decoration industry has broad market space and good growth, the entry threshold is relatively low, the market competition is fierce, the overall technology content of the industry is low, homogeneity is serious, logistics costs are high, market concentration is extremely low, even if the scale of 10 billion enterprises are few. In addition, the sales terminals are also very scattered, and the number of small sellers and decoration companies is huge. Under the traditional management mode of building materials, decoration exists in the form of wrapped materials or semi-wrapped materials. Consumers can not completely decide what kind of products to use, but depend on the recommendation of their service providers (decoration companies, engineering teams), resulting in the procurement and sales of the building materials industry, a large proportion from the service providers and their suppliers, not consumers. In the traditional building materials distribution supply chain, because of homogeneity, small-scale and other reasons, the construction of channels is inefficient and costly, and its sales and logistics basically rely on high-cost distribution system. Front-line retailers are facing problems such as high procurement and stocking costs, lack of quality services and so on. At present, China's economic development has entered a new normal. From the exposition of the economic trend of the Central Economic Conference, we can see that people's demand for consumer goods shows individualization, novelty, intelligence, specialization, differentiation and other aspects. As the highest proportion of people's consumption of housing, consumer demand is also from the traditional low-end. to high-end transformation, Internet +, big data, smart city, green building, intelligent manufacturing, passive house, assembly building, intelligent Internet of things platform and other new ideas in the construction and decoration industry infiltration, industry market is also quietly changing, the traditional business mode has no way to create more value, also can not promote. The rapid development of the industry, therefore, must be innovative transformation, in order to adapt to the new normal economy in the industry and the need for sustainable and healthy development of enterprises. This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of the traditional architectural decoration industry through literature, experience summary and other research methods. It also expounds the future development trend and prospects, and illustrates the necessity of innovation and transformation with the case of Dongfanghaichuan Company, providing reference for the same industry.
