| 中文摘要: | 近年来,中国人寿保险业发展迅猛,实现了爆发式的增长,取得了举世瞩目的成绩。但是我国的寿险深度和密度均未达到世界的平均水平。这即说明我国寿险市场仍有较大的发展潜力,也说明寿险公司的发展正面临着巨大挑战。在这种形势下,如何保持竞争优势,不断创新,在机遇与挑战共存形势中占有一席之地,是寿险公司亟需思考和解决的问题。 ZH寿险公司是一家成长中的中小型寿险公司,随着中国保险业的不断发展,进入了快速发展时期。但是,目前寿险大部分市场已被大型国有寿险占据,新型的互联网保险公司不断涌入市场,发展迅猛,因此,ZH寿险公司的发展,可谓是在夹缝中发展,针对种种内外部因素,公司制定了新的战略目标。但是其绩效评价体系为传统的KPI评价体系,仅考虑了财务指标,不能科学、全面地反映企业的经营状况。为了在日益加剧的市场竞争中,实现战略目标,应建立更为有效的绩效评价体系。 本文研究的目的是为ZH寿险公司建立一套全面、科学并具有可操作性的绩效评价体系,有助于其战略目标的实现。主要运用文献研究法和案例分析法来进行论述。首先对绩效评价、平衡计分卡的基础理论以及保险公司绩效评价方法发展的进行阐述;其次,以ZH寿险公司为例,深入剖析该公司绩效考核体系及考核现状,总结其绩效考核体系存在的问题并加以分析;最后,提出平衡计分卡的绩效评价体系,合理构建绩效考核指标及权重,并提出应用该体系的保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, China's life insurance industry has developed rapidly, achieving explosive growth and achieving remarkable results. However, China's insurance depth and density have not reached the world average. This shows that China's life insurance market still has great development potential, and it also shows that the development of life insurance companies is facing enormous challenges. In this situation, how to maintain competitive advantage, continuous innovation, and a place in the insurance market where opportunities and challenges coexist is an issue that insurance companies need to think about and solve. ZH Insurance Company is a growing medium-sized life insurance company. With the continuous development of China's insurance industry, it has entered a period of rapid development. But most of the current life insurance market has been occupied by large state-owned life insurance. Also the new Internet insurance companies are constantly flooding into the market and developing rapidly. Therefore, the development of ZH life insurance company can be said to be in the cracks. For various internal and external factors, the company New strategic goals have been set. However, its performance evaluation system is a traditional KPI evaluation system, and only considers financial indicators, and cannot reflect the business status of the enterprise scientifically and comprehensively. In order to achieve strategic goals in the increasingly competitive market, a more effective performance evaluation system should be established. The purpose of this paper is to establish a comprehensive, scientific and operational performance evaluation system for ZH Insurance Company, which will help its strategic goals. It mainly uses literature research methods and case analysis methods to discuss. Firstly, the basic theory of performance evaluation, balanced scorecard and the development of insurance company performance evaluation methods are expounded. Secondly, take ZH insurance company as an example to deeply analyze the performance evaluation system and assessment status of the insurance company, and summarize the performance evaluation of the insurance company. The problems existing in the system are analyzed and the causes are analyzed. Finally, the performance evaluation system of the balanced scorecard is proposed, the performance evaluation indicators and weights are constructed reasonably, and the safeguard measures for applying the system are proposed. | |
