中文摘要:融资担保行业自1993年国内首家专业担保公司成立以来已有25个年头。融资担保行业的发展为缓解中小企业融资难、融资贵等问题做出了重要贡献。然而,随着近年来宏观经济增长放缓,中小企业经营状况恶化,融资担保行业代偿风险上升,信用风险管理问题日益凸显。信用风险管理能力是融资担保公司重要核心竞争力之一。本文通过分析研究H融资担保公司的客户信用风险管理现状、信用风险问题成因、并提出改进意见,对该公司的客户信用风险管理拥有现实改进意义,同时,H融资担保公司作为国内领先的融资担保机构,通过对其分析研究,有助于其他融资担保公司参考学习,完善自身企业信用风险管理。 本文在回顾国内外相关领域的研究成果上,运用信用风险管理理论,对H融资担保公司作为研究对象,通过收集H融资担保信用风险管理方面相关资料并进行了整理和分析。全文共分为六章。第一章为绪论,介绍了论文的研究背景和研究意义、论文的结构和研究方法并对相关概念进行了界定。第二章为相关理论与文献综述,介绍了信用风险及信用风险管理相关理论,同时对国内、外文献进行总结研究综述,为下文分析提供了理论基础。第三章为H融资担保公司信用风险管理研究现状,该章节详细介绍了H融资担保公司业务概况、当前信用风险管理制度、信用风险管理流程以及风险控制的效果,阐述了信用风险管理遇到的问题。第四章为H融资担保公司信用风险管理问题原因分析,该章节从客户特征、公司担保政策及实施、与贷款人关系等几个维度对H融资担保公司信用风险产生的原因进行分析。第五章为H融资担保公司信用风险管理改进,从优化风险控制体系、担保业务流程改进和加强外部合作交流三个方面提出了改进意见。第六章为结论。 通过本文研究得出以下结论,H融资担保公司客户信用风险管理问题产生原因,首先是中小企业客户群体本身是高风险客户群体,抗风险能力较弱,其次是融资担保政策及实施过程中,没有授信审批模型指导,其次在流程管理中存在漏洞,最后H融资担保公司与贷款人没有建立风险分担机制,贷款银行政策不稳定等也是H融资担保公司信用风险管理问题产生的原因。因此,针对H融资担保公司问题现状提出改进建议,首先是优化风险控制体系,建立量化风控模型,指导业务开展,其次是在流程管理上进行改进升级,降低操作风险。最后加入国家融资担保基金辐射体系,增加注册资本,与外部机构建立风险分担机制,与法院、律师事务所等合作,加强不良资产清收管理。 
英文摘要:The financing guarantee industry has been 25 years since the establishment of the first professional Guarantee Corporation in 1993. The development of financing guarantee industry has made important contributions to alleviate the financing difficulties and high financing cost of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. However, with the slowdown of macroeconomic growth in recent years, the deterioration of small and medium-sized enterprises operating conditions, financing and guarantee industry compensation risk rises, credit risk management issues become increasingly prominent. Credit risk management capability is one of the core competitiveness of Guarantee Corporation. This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of customer credit risk management and the causes of credit risk problems in H Financing Guarantee Company, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. It is of practical significance to improve the management of customer credit risk in H Financing Guarantee Company. At the same time, H Financing Guarantee Company, as a leading financing guarantee institution in China, will be helpful through the analysis and research. In other financing Guarantee Corporation reference learning, improve their own enterprise credit risk management. On the basis of reviewing the research results of related fields at home and abroad, this paper uses the theory of credit risk management to collect and analyze the relevant data of H financing guarantee company. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background and significance, the structure and research methods of the paper, and defines the related concepts. The second chapter is the related theory and literature review, introduces the related theory of credit risk and credit risk management, and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature, providing a theoretical basis for the following analysis. The third chapter is the research status of credit risk management of H financing guarantee company. This chapter introduces the business situation of H financing guarantee company, the current credit risk management system, the credit risk management process and the effect of risk control in detail, and expounds the problems encountered in credit risk management. Chapter 4 is the analysis of the causes of credit risk management of H financing guarantee company. This chapter analyzes the causes of credit risk of H financing guarantee company from several dimensions, such as customer characteristics, company guarantee policy and implementation, and the relationship with lenders. The fifth chapter is the improvement of credit risk management of H financing guarantee company. It puts forward some suggestions from three aspects: optimizing risk control system, improving guarantee business process and strengthening external cooperation and exchange. The sixth chapter is the conclusion. Through this study, the following conclusions are drawn: H financing guarantee company customer credit risk management problems are caused, first of all, small and medium-sized enterprise customer groups themselves are high-risk customer groups, the ability to resist risks is weak, followed by financing guarantee policy and implementation process, there is no credit approval model guidance, followed by process management. There are loopholes. Finally, H financing guarantee company and lender have not established a risk sharing mechanism. The unstable loan bank policy is also the cause of H financing guarantee company credit risk management problems. Therefore, in view of the current situation of H financing guarantee company, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement. Firstly, it optimizes the risk control system, establishes a quantitative wind control model, and guides the business development. Secondly, it improves and upgrades the process management to reduce the operational risk. Finally, we should join the radiation system of the National Finance Guarantee Fund, increase the registered capital, establish a risk sharing mechanism with external institutions, cooperate with courts and law firms, and strengthen the liquidation and management of non-performing assets.
