| 中文摘要: | 医药流通企业是连接医药生产企业和医药消费终端的纽带。近些年来,医药流通行业的竞争不断加剧,大中型医药流通企业间并购整合与资本运作日趋频繁,使得整个医药流通行业的市场环境发生了翻天覆地的变化。T医药流通集团于2017年8月,在新三板上市。在外部环境的作用下,国务院推行的“两票制”,压缩了我国药品流通环节,引发医药流通环节成本费用下降、医药格局受到改变、电商竞争优势增加等变化。上述情况引发组织变革。人力资源管理在组织变革的过程中有着相当重要的作用。上述组织变革使得企业对于某些岗位的定义和人才需求发生很大变化,以往的人才甄选模式已经无法符合企业的发展需求。T医药流通集团管理岗位的人才选用问题亟待解决,因此管理岗位竞聘体系的设计与实施成为T医药流通集团发展的关键内容。 本文在梳理组织变革和岗位竞聘等相关理论的基础上,回顾了T医药流通集团的组织变革历程,对组织变革过程中人力资源管理所存在的问题进行了分析,对管理岗位竞聘体系进行了研究,提出了管理岗位竞聘的方案。管理岗位竞聘体系的设计与实施将有效解决T医药流通集团组织变革中的人才需求问题,进而保证其组织变革平稳落地,同时为相关医药流通企业人力资源管理提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Pharmaceutical circulation companies are the link between pharmaceutical manufacturers and consumptions. In some recent years, as the market competition intensifies, there are more and more merger& acquisition integration and capital operation among large and medium-sized enterprises, which makes the market environment of pharmaceutical circulation industry change dramatically. T Pharmaceutical Circulation Enterprise has been listed in the new three boards in Aug 2018. In the external environment, Two Receipts Policy carried out by the government reduces intermediate links in drug circulation, which reduces the cost of drug circulation, influences the original pattern of drug industry and benefits e-channel, which leads to organizational change. Human resource plays an important role on organizational change. The change of job description of some stations and demand for talents is caused by the organizational change above. Consequently, the previous way of talents selection hasn’t met the development need of the enterprise, which turns out to be a problem to solve. And the design and implementation of managerial job station competition of T Pharmaceutical Circulation Enterprise has become a key factor to the enterprise development. This paper, through theoretical overview of organizational change and job station competition, reviews the journey of organizational change of T Pharmaceutical Circulation Enterprise, analyzes human resource management issues in the organizational change, does research on the system of managerial job station competition and pose the scheme of managerial job station competition. The design and implementation of the system of managerial job station competition will be an effective practice to solve the problem of demand for talents in the organizational change of T Pharmaceutical Circulation Enterprise in order to ensure a smooth ending to the organizational change. Hope this paper will provide reference for human resource of other pharmaceutical circulation companies. | |
