中文摘要:由美国次贷危机引发的2008年全球金融风暴,不仅影响了美国经济的发展,而且沉重的打击了全球的经济环境,各行各业都直接或者间接受到波及。在此种背景下,单一化发展的企业因产业结构单一,抵御风险的能力相对而言较弱,当遭遇大的风浪时,不是在危机中倒下,就是在困顿中勉强维系生存,因而推行战略转型升级,制定多元化发展战略就成为单一化企业抗风险、促企业基业长青的必然选择。但是纵观国内外实行多元化发展的企业案例,发现很多企业多元化发展的方向很好,战略制定也很完善,但是战略却没有最终成功,究其原因是没有形成系统的、闭环的战略管理体系,只关注战略制定环节,忽视战略落地实施环节,最终招致战略失败。 基于此种现象,本文以RC集团为案例,以RC集团多元化发展的战略现状为基准,结合战略管理及多元化发展的相关概念、理论及SWOT分析、波士顿矩阵、平衡记分卡及全面预算等相关管理工具,采用理论联系实际的方法,对RC集团多元化发展的战略优化进行研究。指出RC集团多元化发展战略管理过程中存在的问题,深度剖析其产生的原因 ,制定优化建议。在强化战略管理职能作用方面,一是推进战略管理文化建设,二是搭建闭环战略管理体系。在细化战略制定环节,强化内外部环境分析,细化战略方向,规划实施路径。在完善战略执行环节,引入平衡计分卡,推行战略解码、协同经营计划、对接全面预算、完善战略落地评价机制。并从企业文化、组织机制、人力资源和信息化支撑等方面制定保障措施,促进战略有效落地实施,不断优化战略全过程管理。以期通过研究和分析,完善RC集团战略管理,以更好的优化资源配置,促进战略落地,实现企业利润贡献和价值贡献持续增长,最终促进多元化发展的战略成功,战略目标实现。关键词:RC集团;多元化发展;战略管理;战略优化  
英文摘要:The global financial turmoil triggered by the US subprime mortgage crisis in 2008 not only affected the development of the US economy, but also severely hit the global economic environment. All trades and industries were directly or indirectly affected. Based on this background, the enterprises with single business development are relatively weak to resist risks. When confronted with a big storm, they either fell in the crisis or eked out a living in a difficult situation. Therefore, carrying out strategic transformation and upgrading and formulating diversified development strategies have become the inevitable choice for single enterprises to resist risks and promote the sustainability of their basic businesses. However, looking at the diversified development of domestic and foreign companies, it is found that many enterprises have a good development direction and perfect strategy formulation, but the strategy has not been ultimately successful. The reason is that there is no systematic and closed-loop strategic management system, only focusing on the strategy formulation, ignoring the strategy implementation, and eventually leading to strategic failure. Based on this phenomenon, this paper takes RC Group as a case, based on the strategic status of RC Group's diversified development, combines with relevant concepts, theories of strategic management and diversified development, SWOT analysis, Boston matrix, comprehensive budget, balanced scorecard and other relevant management tools, and adopts the method of combining theory with practice to study the optimization of strategic management of RC Group's diversified development. It points out the problems existing in the diversified development strategy management of RC Group, analyzes the causes and formulates solutions. In terms of strengthening the function of strategic management: the first is to promote the construction of strategic management culture. The second is to build a closed-loop strategic management system. In the process of refining the strategy formulation: strengthening internal and external environmental analysis, refining strategic direction, and planning implementation path. In improving the implementation of the strategy: using the balanced scorecard, implementing strategy decoding, combining operation plan and overall budget, improving strategy landing evaluation mechanism. And from the cultural, organizational, human resources and information development and other aspects to develop safeguard measures and promote effective implementation and constantly optimize strategic management. Through research and analysis, it is expected to improve the strategic management of RC Group and promote the sustained growth of enterprise profit contribution and value contribution, and ultimately promote the success of the strategy and the realization of enterprise goals.
