| 中文摘要: | 21世纪以来,全球的经济政策不断调整,内外部环境也在发生变化,包括企业在内的各类社会竞争日趋白热化。企业的竞争,现已变化成为供应链的竞争,供应链管理水平决定了企业的发展深度和宽度,提升企业供应链管理水平成为企业提高运营水平的必经之路。 本文以T公司为研究对象,分析研究了T公司原有供应链管理体系中存在的突出问题和关键问题,提出了优化和改进的目标和内容,主要聚焦于市场信息准确性、物料计划管控优化、生产计划管控优化和技术标准化等几个方面进行了研究和探讨。 首先,研究探讨了T公司供应链管理现状,明确了供应链管理优化的目标和内容。其次,针对市场信息准确性、物料计划管控优化、生产计划管控优化和技术标准化等这几个关键环节,进行优化方案和改进方案的设计。最后,制定了T公司供应链管理优化方案的实施保障措施,主要包括组织、人员、流程和制度等几个方面,并提出下一步的改进方向。 本文主要采用案例分析的方法,通过供应链管理优化过程中取得的成效,验证了供应链管理优化对企业的价值。通过对T公司供应链管理系统优化方案的研究,为同行业电力设备制造业的供应链管理优化提供一些参考和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the beginning of the 21st century, constantly the world economic policy and environment has been adjusting and updating, and increasingly corporate competition has become fierce. The competition between enterprises has been transformed into competition of supply chains. The level of supply chain management determines the strategic development of enterprises. To improve the level of enterprise supply chain management has become the necessary way for enterprises to improve their operational level. This article takes T company as the research object, analyzes and studies the outstanding problems and key problems existed in company T original supply chain management system, and puts forward the objectives and contents of optimization and improvement that focusing on research and discussion of following aspects such as market information accuracy, optimization on planning management and control of material and manufacturing, technical standardization. First of all, the research explores the current status of company T supply chain management, and clarifies the objectives and content of supply chain management optimization. Secondly, the optimization and improvement scheme are designed for the key aspects including market information accuracy, optimization on planning management and control of material and manufacturing, technical standardization. Finally, the implementation safeguard measures are formulated for company T supply chain management optimization including organization, personnel, processes, systems, besides the further improvement proposed. Theory related with practice method adopted in the article to verify the value of supply chain management optimization for the enterprise by the effectiveness achieved in the supply chain management optimization process. Through the research on the optimization scheme of company T supply chain management system which will provide some reference and experience for the optimization of supply chain management of related power equipment manufacturing industry. | |
