中文摘要：	质量是企业生存与发展的第一要素，很多国家越来越重视质量管理，积极构建质量管理体系并推进质量管理方法的实施。在“质量中国”战略兴起的大背景下，质量管理对于企业发展的重要性逐渐显现。但是目前，国内企业关于安检设备产品的质量管理理念和方法尚不成熟，如何实施有针对性的高效的质量管理成了亟待解决的问题。 本文基于质量管理的基本理论和方法，以朗信科技公司安检设备产品质量管理系统为对象，分析了朗信科技公司安检设备产品质量管理的现状及存在问题；依据设备质量管理设计原则和可行性分析结果，设计了该公司安检设备产品质量管理的改进方案，最后通过分析提出该公司安检设备产品质量管理改进方案的实施保障。研究发现，该公司存在缺乏设备质量控制的整体方案、未建立设备质量数据库、缺少专业的技术设备管理人才、缺乏奖惩机制以及内部审核不完善问题；从而，提出制定整体的质量控制方案、建设质量信息数据库、改进技术人才管理、加强内部质量审核四方面具体内容；此外，为保障质量管理改进方案的实施效果，提出建立专门的质量管理小组、形成注重质量管理的企业文化和提高全体员工对质量管理的认识三方面措施实施保障。 本研究有助于质量管理理论的内涵丰富化，并进一步验证在实践操作中质量管理理论的指导力。在质量管理发展过程中的各个阶段，其概念与方法不断深化和拓宽，质量管理的新理论、新方法得到不断地应用和实践，逐渐探索出具有针对性色彩、适合本组织的质量管理可推行经验。朗信科技公司的质量管理成效和水平也表明，本研究也有利于行业内其他企业开展有关质量管理的活动，有助于引导诸多组织向先进的质量管理模式看齐，提高组织质量水平。当然，其他企业可以在对这些方法策略充分理解的基础上，结合自己企业的特点，改进企业产品的质量。
英文摘要：	Quality is the first factor in the survival and development of enterprises. Many countries pay more and more attention to quality management, actively construct quality management system and promote the implementation of quality management methods. Under the background of the rise of “quality China” strategy, the importance of quality management to the development of enterprises gradually appears. However, at present, the concept and method of quality management in domestic enterprises on security inspection equipment is not mature, and how to implement effective quality management has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the basic theory and method of quality management, this thesis analyzes the present situation and existing problems of security inspection equipment quality management in Longxin Technology Company, taking the security inspection equipment quality management system of Longxin Technology Company as the object. According to the design principle of equipment quality management and the result of feasibility analysis, the improvement scheme of security inspection equipment quality management of the company is designed. Finally, the implementation guarantee of the improvement scheme of security inspection equipment quality management in the company is put forward through analysis. The thesis finds that the company lacks the overall plan of equipment quality control, does not establish the equipment quality database, lacks the specialized technical equipment management personnel, lacks the reward and punishment mechanism and the internal audit is imperfect. In order to ensure the implementation effect of the quality management improvement scheme, a special quality management group is proposed to form an enterprise culture that pays attention to quality management and to raise the awareness of quality management among all staffs. This thesis contributes to the enrichment of the quality management theory and further validates the guiding force of quality management theory in practice. At various stages in the development process of quality management, its concepts and methods are continuously deepened and broadened. New theories and methods of quality management are continuously applied and practiced, and gradually explored a targeted quality management experience suitable for the organization. The quality management effect and level of Longxin Technology Company also shows that this thesis is also beneficial to the quality management activities of other enterprises in the industry, and helps to guide the organizations to learn the advanced quality management model and to promote the overall improvement of quality level.
