中文摘要:改革开放以来,伴随着我国经济的突飞猛进,制造业也实现了快速的发展,而为制造业提供质量保证的工业测量行业也经历了从无到有,再到持续增长的过程。工业4.0概念和中国制造2025战略的推出,对我国制造业的发展提出了更高的要求,工业测量行业也迎来了新的发展契机与挑战。 HMC公司经过多年的发展,已经进入中国工业测量行业的第一梯队。但是,工业测量市场的竞争日趋激烈,新技术、新产品不断涌现,越来越多的厂商进入该领域,试图利用各自的优势瓜分市场。纵观HMC公司的发展历程,发现HMC公司并未确立明确的竞争战略,而是摇摆于差异化、成本领先和目标集聚三大战略之间。在新的发展形势下,如何选择正确的竞争战略,确保充分发挥自身优势并实现持续增长,将是HMC公司面临的一个重要课题。 论文首先提出研究背景、目的与意义,并说明论文的研究内容与研究方法。在竞争战略理论综述部分,分别阐述结构学派、资源学派和能力学派的相关理论。然后,运用PEST模型、波特五力模型分析HMC公司所处的外部环境,识别其面临的机会与威胁。进而运用价值链理论分析HMC公司的内部环境,发现其自身的优势与劣势。在外部环境与内部环境分析的基础上构建SWOT模型,探讨三大基本竞争战略的可行性,并结合QSPM矩阵最终确定HMC公司应选择差异化战略。最后,论文提出HMC公司差异化战略的实施原则与实施路径,并从技术创新、组织结构、人力资源、服务管理和企业文化五个方面提出了建议,确保HMC公司竞争战略的有效实施。 
英文摘要:Since the reform and opening up, along with the rapid development of China's economy, the manufacturing industry has also achieved rapid development, and the industrial metrology industry that provides quality assurance for the manufacturing industry has experienced a process from scratch to continuous growth. The concept of Industry 4.0 and the launch of China Manufacturing 2025 Strategy put forward higher requirements for the development of China's manufacturing industry, and the industrial metrology industry has also ushered in new development opportunities and challenges. After years of development, HMC company has entered the first echelon of China's industrial measurement industry. However, the competition in the industrial measurement market is becoming increasingly fierce, new technologies and new products are emerging, and more and more manufacturers are entering the field, trying to use their respective advantages to divide the market. Throughout the development process of HMC, it was found that HMC did not establish a clear competitive strategy, but swayed between the three strategies of differentiation, cost leadership and target agglomeration. Under the new development situation, how to choose the right competitive strategy and ensure that we fully exert our own advantages and achieve sustained growth will be an important issue for HMC. This research first puts forward the research background, purpose and significance, then explains the research content and research methods of the thesis. In chapter of the theory of competitive strategy, the relevant theories of structural school, resource school and ability school are elaborated respectively. Then, using the PEST model and Porter's five-force model to analyze the external environment of HMC, identify the opportunities and threats it faces. Then use the value chain theory to analyze the internal environment of HMC and discover its own advantages and disadvantages. Based on the external environment and internal environment analysis, the SWOT model is constructed to explore the feasibility of the three basic competitive strategies, and the QSPM matrix is combined to determine that HMC should choose the differentiation strategy. Finally, this research puts forward the implementation principles and implementation path of HMC's differentiation strategy, and puts forward suggestions from five aspects of technology innovation, organizational structure, human resources, service management and corporate culture to ensure the effective implementation of HMC's competitive strategy.
