中文摘要:近几十年来,建立以人为核心的企业核心竞争力成为企业应对全球经济变革的重要方式,企业大学作为应对这一挑战的新兴产物,已经在全球范围获得发展,成为不可逆转的历史趋势。当代企业所处的经济环境中,越来越多的附加值是由人力资本创造的。所以,从这个意义上说,企业发展的关键之一是把人力资源转化为人力资本,并使其服务于企业的发展战略,从而转化成为企业发展的核心竞争力。基于这样的前提,企业为员工进行培养和发展便成为最紧迫、最重要的工作之一。企业大学的出现和发展,正是顺应了这样的历史潮流。企业大学最初起源于20世纪40年代的美国,尤其是20世纪80年代以来,以美国为主的西方发达国家企业中高层管理人才培训工作发生了变化,培训的机构、场所以及专业教师逐步从普通高校(大学商学院)向企业转移,培训形式和做法也与以往有所不同,相继出现企业的培训中心转化为企业大学的现象。企业也从中获得了巨大收益:一是以企业大学方式集中的资源使企业的学习战略变得更经济、更有效,从而增加了投资人才资本的回报率,降低了企业培训成本;二是全球统一的企业大学可以强化公司的战略目标,确定企业文化的一致性及贯彻性,有效地应对因地域差异带来的负面影响;三是企业大学更加有效地平衡企业的一致性和员工的个人化,灵活满足人才的技能需求。发展到今天,在世界各地,企业大学的踪迹可以说是无处不在,毫无疑问,一场商业教育培训的革命正席卷全球商界。而在中国,过去几年里企业大学数量呈现出迅速增长的趋势。本文主要研究分析国内企业大学发展现状以及未来企业大学发展趋势,提炼并总结国内企业大学已有的成功发展模式和管理经验,不仅对企业大学的建立、管理和发展具有积极的借鉴与指导意义,还能为集团人才培养与发展找到一条高效的途径,为集团实践经验与文化的沉淀提供有效路径。 
英文摘要:In recent decades, the establishment of core competitiveness of enterprises with people as the core has become an important way for enterprises to cope with the global economic change. As a new product to cope with this challenge, enterprise universities have developed globally and become an irreversible historical trend. In the economic environment of contemporary enterprises, more and more added value is created by human capital. Therefore, in this sense, one of the keys to the development of enterprises is to transform human resources into human capital and make it serve the development strategy of enterprises, so as to transform it into the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on this premise, it is one of the most urgent and important tasks for an enterprise to train and develop its employees. The emergence and development of Enterprise Universities conform to such historical trend. Enterprise universities originated in the United States in the 1940s. Especially since the 1980s, the training of middle and senior managerial personnel in enterprises in western developed countries, mainly in the United States, has changed. The training institutions, places and professional teachers have gradually shifted from ordinary universities (university business schools) to enterprises, and the training forms and methods are as follows: The practice is also different from the past, and the phenomenon that training centers of enterprises have been transformed into enterprise universities has emerged one after another. Firstly, the resources centralized by enterprise universities make the learning strategies of enterprises more economical and effective, thus increasing the rate of return on investment in human capital and reducing the cost of enterprise training; secondly, the global unified enterprise universities can strengthen the company's strategic objectives and determine the corporate culture. Consistency and implementation can effectively cope with the negative impacts caused by regional differences. Thirdly, enterprise universities can more effectively balance the consistency of enterprises and the individualization of employees, and flexibly meet the skills needs of talents. Today, corporate universities are everywhere in the world. There is no doubt that a revolution in business education and training is sweeping the global business community. In China, the number of corporate universities has shown a rapid growth trend in the past few years. This paper mainly studies and analyses the current situation and future development trend of Enterprise Universities in China, extracts and summarizes the successful development model and management experience of Enterprise Universities in China, which not only has a positive reference and guiding significance for the establishment, management and development of enterprise universities, but also can find a way for the training and development of group talents. To an efficient way, to provide an effective way for the group's practical experience and cultural precipitation.
