中文摘要:电子商务是我国商业发展的重要组成形式,覆盖了广泛的消费人群,对我国国民消费模式都有着根本性的改变与影响。而在其中,由于移动互联网的普及,网络刷客群体经过近两年的发展壮大,已经越来越多地参与到电子商务的方方面面,几乎任何的网络交易,都会有网络刷客的刷单存在。通过帮卖家刷好评,打广告,为网站平台本身带来交易人气,成为许多网站前期运营的默许现象。某些网络刷客也专门攻击网站弱点,利用规则漏洞,获得不菲的非法利润。网络刷客们影响、改变了消费者的消费习惯,侵占了消费者的潜在利益,给用户隐私和平台安全都带来了极大的威胁。尤其是随着2014年11月“互联网+”行动计划的提出,进一步驱动了电子商务市场的加速创新,网络刷客群体在这样的市场环境下,更加引起了社会各界的广泛关注,对于网络刷客群体的管理与制裁势在必行。 本文的研究首先从分析背景出发,结合当前移动互联网环境下产生的网络刷客现象,依据现有文献和实时新闻数据,对网络刷客群体的涵义与功能,发展现状、主要作用平台进行了分析,并且从互联网平台规则漏洞,利益驱动,以及互联网平台自身产生的市场需求两个角度,研究了网络刷客群体的形成成因。在分析过网络刷客的现状与成因之后,重点分析网络刷客群体出现之后,给移动互联网的管理带来的改变和问题,包括网络刷客对用户隐私、平台安全构成的威胁,对用户潜在利益的侵占,对互联网平台自身健康发展产生的影响等。本文认为,网络刷客目前已经扰乱了电子商务平台的正常运营秩序,给消费者、创业者与企业投资者带来了极大的误导性。同时,形成的虚假繁荣是对社会人力物力的一种浪费,也造成了诸多社会不稳定现象,亟待管理和取缔。因此,经过以上的研究,笔者最终提出在现有条件下对网络刷客群体进行合理屏蔽的解决方案,包括增强信息安全管理,弥补规则漏洞,屏蔽非法用户,加大监管力度,促进互联网平台的良性发展,提出了后续持续性管理的措施。全文以理论与实际结合,在移动互联网环境下探讨了网络刷客群体造成了影响与管理方案,具有一定的创新性。 
英文摘要:E-commerce is an important form of China’s commercial development,which covers a wide range of consumer groups,and creates huge influence on China's national consumption patterns. Due to the popularity of mobile Internet, network click farminghave become more and more common in recent years, which is also described as “Internet Click farmers”. Right now,Click farmershas been involved in all aspects of e-commerce in China,and in almost any network transactions,Click farmershelp sellers to improve its sale praise,do advertising and others. Click farmers bring transaction popularity to Internet platforms, thus,those actions have been secretly accepted by platform operators. Some Click farmers also specifically attack website weaknesses, make use of rules loopholes,and get a lot of illegal profits. Click farmers influence, and even change the consumer's spending habits,occupy the potential interests of consumers,and bring great threat to the user privacy and platform security. Especially with the November 2014 "Internet +" action plan which proposed to further promote the e-commerce market and accelerate its innovation, in such a market environment,the management and sanctions of tClick farmers is imperative. Based on the background of the analysis,the paper firstly combined the current literature and real time new data, analyzes the definition and development of the Click farmers group, and their main role platforms. Also, the paper analyzes the Internet platform rules loopholes, the interests of the drive, as well as the Internet platforms’ demand from two angles,to study Click farmers’ formation causes. After analyzing the current situation and causes of the Click farmers, the paper focuses on the changes and problems brought by the management of the mobile Internet after the emergence of the Click farmers, including the threat of user privacy and platform security, the potential interests occupation, and the long-term development of internet platforms. The author believes that the Click farmers have disrupted the normal operation of e-commerce platform order, to consumers,brought entrepreneurs and business investors a great misleading. At the same time, the formation of fake sale is a waste of social and material resources, and also caused a lot of social instability problems, should be banned urgently. Therefore, after the above research, the author finally put forward some reasonable solution to solve Click farmers problems under the existing condition, including enhanced information security management, make up for rules loopholes to shield illegal users, increase supervision, and promote the internet platforms steady development. The full text combines theoretical study with empirical research on the basis of Click farmers’ influence and management, and carries out certain innovative outcomes.
