中文摘要:在中国经济由高速增长转向中高速增长的新常态下,要保持经济中高速增长,必须依靠改革。因循守旧没有出路,畏缩不前坐失良机。然而改革不是一蹴而就,也不能照搬旧经验、重走老路子,企业同样迫切需要寻找转型之道。 改革开放三十年来,我国塑编行业作为传统制造业之一,产业结构的调整和升级已经取得了一定的成效,但是依旧存在一些亟待解决的问题,如节能损耗严重,门槛低、不良竞争严重,市场管理不够规范,利润水平逐年下降,行业创新能力不强等问题,在这个迅速发展的时代,塑编行业走在这个时代浪潮的十字路口,被淘汰还是自我重塑,选择迫在眉睫。 当今的行业,无一不是互联网行业,顺势而为是企业的生存之道。“互联网+”战略是新常态下企业转型的重要方向。“互联网+”战略的提出,将把传统企业的转型升级提到了更高的战略格局。“互联网+”将深刻影响与改变传统企业的运作模式,“互联网+”不仅是将互联网与传统产业进行简单地相加,而是利用互联网技术和思维去改造和优化传统产业研发、生产、销售、物流、管理等各方面存在的效率低下问题,打破信息不对称的局面。因此,塑编产业转型“互联网+”是腾笼换鸟、凤凰涅槃的必经之路,袋临天下公司背靠天津华今集团,在集团塑编产业中扮演举足轻重的角色,公司应承担起发展的责任和义务,寻求一条产业转型升级之道,将塑编产业与互联网结合,通过供应链优化升级与整合,达到企业再次发展的拐点。 本文通过实例调研企业袋临天下公司得出结论:以袋临天下公司为代表的多数服企业面临着管理、产品、渠道、商业模式方面的问题,“互联网+”思维将是这些企业解决上述问题、破解经营困局的重要转型之路。 关键词:“互联网+”;塑编企业;供应链;转型升级  
英文摘要:Under the new normal situation of China's economy changing from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth, to maintain high-speed economic growth, we must rely on reform. There is no way out in order to keep pace with the past. However, the reform is not achieved overnight, and can not copy the old experience, go back to the old road, enterprises are also in urgent need of finding a way to transform. Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, as one of the traditional manufacturing industries in China, the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure has made some achievements, but there are still some problems to be solved, such as serious energy saving loss, low threshold. The bad competition is serious, the market management is not standardized, the profit level is declining year by year, the innovation ability of the industry is not strong and so on. In this era of rapid development, the plastic knitting industry is walking at the crossroads of the tide of this era, being eliminated or reinventing itself. Choice is imminent. Today's industry, all is the Internet industry, comply with the trend is the survival of enterprises. "Internet" strategy is an important direction of enterprise transformation under the new normal. The proposal of "Internet" strategy will bring the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises to a higher strategic pattern. "Internet" will profoundly influence and change the mode of operation of traditional enterprises. "Internet" is not only a simple addition of the Internet and traditional industries, but also the use of Internet technology and thinking to reform and optimize the R & D of traditional industries. Production, sales, logistics, management and other aspects of inefficient problems, breaking the information asymmetry situation. therefore The transformation of plastic knitting industry "Internet" is the only way for Phoenix Nirvana to exchange cages and birds. The company is backed by Tianjin Huayin Group and plays an important role in the group's plastic knitting industry. The company should assume the responsibility and obligation of development. To seek a way of industrial transformation and upgrading, combine plastic knitting industry with Internet, optimize upgrade and integration of supply chain, reach the inflexion point of enterprise development again. In this paper, a case study is conducted to conclude that the majority of garment enterprises represented by bags are facing the problems of management, products, channels and business models. "Internet +" thinking will be an important transformation path for these enterprises to solve the above problems and crack down on business difficulties.
