| 中文摘要: | 21世纪是中国大发展的一个世纪,随着一系列新经济、新业态、新模式的出现,中国经济进入新常态,改革和机遇并存。十九大报告中提出“现代化经济体系”建设目标,我国经济由高速增长进入高质量发展时期,“质量第一、效益优先”是发展第一要点。G20峰会、“一带一路”“新零售之战”“乌镇世界互联网大会召开”“A股蓝筹复兴”等国际大事,中国经济已经与全球经济一体,中国经济发展活力更强、动力更足。 就国内环境来说,政治环境变化复杂,现代科技的发展也打破了传统的思维模式,新科技、新概念层出不穷。公司发展的同时,外部环境也在急速发展和变化的,公司的发展战略也要及时进行调整以更好的适应环境变化,进而持续性发展。从科技发展角度,在大数据、区块链、深度学习是当前最火热的技术横行的时代,不论是政策环境还是技术环境,针对中小型科技企业,都是挑战和机遇,如何顺势而为,把我机遇,选择合适战略管理目标和措施,适应时代变迁发展,探索更大更强、可持续运营模式和发展思路,是本次论文研究的重点。 本文的通过SWOT分析模式对公司现状和同行发展情况进行了竞争条件分析,通过PEST方法对公司所处政治经济环境和行业发展环境进型分析,从公司的内外部环境、基本情况、资源能力各方面对公司进行了重新定位和考量,进而对公司的制定的战略目标进行分析,确定公司实现战略目标的成功比例。通过分析研究,认为A公司目前的商业模式和战略定位与公司自身条件和宏观环境发展趋势存在差异,必须实施战略转型进行修正和完善。同时,针对公司的自身条件和修正的战略目标进行可行性分析,认为实施转型可行,从业务定位、技术储备、研发能力、人力资源和财务资源各方面,能够支撑本次战略转型。根据统筹规划,分步实施的原则,定期对宏观环境和自身条件进行评估,协调一切可用资源保证公司此次转型成功,并为公司做大、做强奠定坚实的基础。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The 21st century is a century of China's great development. With the emergence of a series of new economy, new formats and new models, China's economy is facing new opportunities and challenges. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress for the first time put forward the construction of a "modern economic system", pointing out that China's economy has changed from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development, we must adhere to the quality first, efficiency first. G20 summit, "along the way", "new retail wars", "Wuzhen World Internet Conference", "A shares blue chip Renaissance" and other international events, China's economy has been integrated with the global economy, China's economic development is stronger and more dynamic. As far as the domestic environment is concerned, the political environment is complicated, and the development of modern science and technology has broken the traditional mode of thinking. At the same time, the company's development, the external environment is also rapid development and change, the company's development strategy should be adjusted in time to better adapt to environmental changes, and then sustainable development. From the perspective of scientific and technological development, in the era of large data, block chain and in-depth learning, the hottest technology is rampant. It is a challenge and an opportunity for small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises whether in the policy environment or in the technological environment. It is the focus of this paper to move forward and explore a bigger, stronger and sustainable operation mode and development ideas. In this paper, SWOT model is used to analyze the company's own competitive conditions, and PEST method is used to analyze the macro-environment of the company, to fully understand the company's internal and external environment and basic situation, resource capacity, and then to analyze the strategic objectives of the company, to determine the success ratio of the company to achieve strategic objectives. Through analysis and research, it is concluded that the current business model and strategic positioning of A company are different from the company's own conditions and macro-environment development trend, and strategic transformation must be implemented to correct and improve. At the same time, according to the company's own conditions and the revised strategic objectives of feasibility analysis, the implementation of the transformation is feasible, from the business positioning, technology reserves, research and development capabilities, human resources and financial resources, to support the strategic transformation. According to the principle of overall planning and step-by-step implementation, the macro-environment and its own conditions are assessed regularly, and all available resources are coordinated to ensure the success of the company's transformation, and lay a solid foundation for the company to become bigger and stronger. | |
