中文摘要: 企业的存在,必然与盈利和社会责任有重要关系。利润最大化和承担相应的所有社会责任,是它存在目标。有效的成本控制是利润最大化的重要一环,通过成本控制,来减少或消除浪费,与前期预算相对比结合,能更加经济的使用人工和材料,达到降低成本的目的,销售量不变的情况下,帮助企业实现利润最大化。企业也应该承担应有的社会责任,减少浪费、减少排污,对社会环境做出贡献,也要平衡在盈利的基础上,对员工的生活条件改善尽一份力,这样在企业内部,也会形成一个良性循环,对企业、对员工、对社会都有很大贡献。 基于上述背景和思考,本文以天津ALPLA吹塑设备制造及塑料包装产品生产加工公司为研究对象,在阐明具体的研究背景和意义的基础上,运用精益生产、成本控制、供应链管理等相关理论,通过对ALPLA公司历史和现状分析,揭示了其运营管理所面临的两种挑战和库存管理等几大问题,针对问题,本文从库存管理、不同类型的过程控制、公司的厂内布局和作业现场管理等四个方面深入分析研究了其具体的不足,提出了一系列相应的变革策略,并从组织领导、资源配置和风险控制等方面提出了变革策略实施的保障措施。 期待本文的研究结果和所提见解,对相关企业有一些借鉴意义和实际应用价值。 
英文摘要:The existence of enterprises, for sure is related to profits and social responsibilities. Maximizing profits and assuming all social responsibilities are its goals. Effective cost control is an important part of profit maximization. With cost control, waste can be reduced or eliminated. Compared with the previous budget, it would be more economical to use manpower and materials to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and maximizing profits when the sales volume remains unchanged. Enterprises should also assume due social responsibility, reduce waste, reduce pollution, make contributions to the social environment, but also on the basis of profit balance, try best to improve the living conditions of employees, and then in the enterprise, it will also form a virtuous circle. It would be a great contribution to employees, enterprises, society. Based on the background and thinking above, this thesis takes Tianjin ALPLA which is blow molding equipment manufacturing and plastic packaging products manufacturing company as the research object. On the basis of clarifying the specific research background and significance, using the relevant theory of lean production, cost control, supply chain management. Through the analysis of the history and current status of ALPLA company, this thesis analyzes the concrete shortcomings from four aspects: inventory management, different types of process control, plant layout and operation site management, also puts forward a series of corresponding reform strategies, and some safeguard measures for implementing those reform strategies effectively from the view of organization management, resource allocation and risk control. Looking forward to that the results of this study and the opinions can help similar companies get some referential significance and practical application value.
