中文摘要：	近年来，国内基础设施建设和房地产行业的投资在逐年增长，为推进住宅产业化奠定了良好的产业基础和条件，为实施住宅产业化，发展新型绿色环保节能房屋提供了契机。河北建工集团是河北最大的综合性建筑产业集团。新型住宅所需的PC产业化构配件的生产制造的产业化基地是河北建工集团的重要项目。配合各地对低碳环保型住宅的需求，河北建工装配式建筑产业基地将立足河北省，向京津冀周边地区辐射，迫切需要建立基地的发展战略并依据该战略实现基地的可持续发展。河北建工装配式建筑产业化基地的建设与运营实施不仅为公司带来直接经济效益，也能拉动地方经济，创造就业，进而创造巨大的社会效益。同时可以形成示范效应，推动国内工业化水平的提升和住宅产业化的发展。 本研究的研究对象是河北建工装配式建筑产业基地，研究问题为河北建工装配式建筑产业基地的战略问题，主要的研究内容包括以下几个部分。首先，针对装配式建筑目前的发展提出本论文研究的背景和研究的意义。国内基础设施建设和房地产行业的投资在逐年增长，为推进住宅产业化奠定了良好的产业基础和条件，为实施住宅产业化，发展新型绿色环保节能房屋提供了契机。河北建工装配式建筑产业基地发展战略的研究有助于指导基地建设。预制构件具有时间、空间、费用上的优势，能够显著提高资金使用效率。 为针对河北建工装配式建筑产业基地制定可行且行之有效的发展战略，首先需要详细调研掌握河北建工装配式建筑产业基地的内外部环境，包括河北建工装配式建筑产业基地的宏观环境、河北建工装配式建筑产业基地行业环境以及市场环境。通过对河北建工装配式建筑产业基地的整体的系统环境分析结果，为进一步的河北建工装配式建筑产业基地提供了环境分析的依据，并制定出河北建工装配式建筑产业基地的发展战略。在明确河北建工装配式建筑产业基地的战略目标和战略选择后，试图为其战略的顺利实施提出战略实施在选址、企业管理以及创新等方面的保障措施。
英文摘要：	In recent years, domestic investment in infrastructure construction and real estate industry has increased year by year, which has laid a good industrial foundation and conditions for the promotion of housing industrialization, and provided an opportunity for the implementation of housing industrialization and the development of new green energy-saving housing. Hebei construction industry group is the largest comprehensive construction industry group in Hebei. PC new residential industrialization base project is the group based on green low carbon environmental protection, adjust the strategic positioning of the development project. The company aims to build Shijiazhuang as the center, radiating the surrounding provinces and cities of the "five most" new building materials base. That is: Hebei Province is the largest, the most advanced production technology, the best efficiency, the most complete product types, the most exemplary and representative. The implementation of housing industrialization project not only brings direct economic benefits to the company, but also stimulates the local economy, creates employment, and then creates huge social benefits. At the same time, the demonstration effect can be formed to promote the level of domestic industrialization and the development of housing industrialization. The research object of this thesis is Hebei Construction Industry Base. The research question is the strategic problem of Hebei Construction Industry Base. The content of this thesis is as follows: Firstly, the background and significance of the research are put forward. In recent years, domestic investment in infrastructure construction and real estate industry has increased year by year, which has laid a good industrial foundation and conditions for the promotion of housing industrialization, and provided an opportunity for the implementation of housing industrialization and the development of new green energy-saving housing. The research on the development strategy of Hebei construction and assembly construction industry base will help to guide the construction of the base. Because most of the prefabricated components are manufactured in factories and only need to be connected and installed on site, the construction cycle is greatly shortened, which can speed up the capital recovery cycle and thus significantly improve the economic benefits of the project. In order to formulate a feasible and effective development strategy for Hebei Construction Industry Base, it is necessary to investigate and master the internal and external environment of Hebei Construction Industry Base, including the general environment (macro environment) of Hebei Construction Industry Base and Hebei Construction Industry Base. Based on the analysis of the overall system environment of Hebei Construction Industry Base, this thesis provides the basis for further analysis of the environment of Hebei Construction Industry Base, and formulates the development strategy of Hebei Construction Industry Base. After defining the strategic objectives and strategic choices of Hebei Construction Industry Base, this thesis tries to put forward safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the strategy, such as site selection, enterprise management and innovation.
