中文摘要：	随着信息技术发展的日新月异，技术的变革带给各个行业全新的变化。创新更是经济发展、社会发展的最大动力，也是互联网企业的最主要标签之一。从传统媒体时代，到新媒体时代，随技术而创新变革的信息传播形式更是给整个媒体行业带来了翻天覆地的变化，可以说移动互联网媒体的强势崛起给报刊、杂志、电视等传统媒体带来了巨大挑战。 本文研究的案例为新媒体创业案例的代表之一，一点资讯新闻客户端。它是一款融合关键字搜索、个性化推荐的移动资讯平台，以手机端的用户自发“兴趣”为核心，通过业内领先的“人机结合”模式，深度结合“编辑+算法”的推送机制。既在手机端实现了海量内容信息的高效分发，又克服了一般新闻客户端中依赖的机器判断兴趣并进行分发的盲目性，将“有趣更有用”的价值内容精准推送至用户手中，为用户提供优质的个性化阅读体验。 本文试图分析一点资讯的发展模式是什么，这样的发展模式能够为企业带来怎样的竞争优势与劣势，进而根据以上的分析为一点资讯的发展模式进行合理的可行性建议。首先，本文中对一点资讯的创业过程进行分析汇总，进而根据其主动公开数据和第三方媒体披露数据等资料对一点资讯采用商业模式画布工具进行分析。而后，再利用波特五力模型分析工具、PEST模型分析工具、SWOT模型分析工具分析一点资讯发展模式的竞争优势与劣势。本文最后通过一点资讯与行业领头羊今日头条进行对比分析，并总结以上分析数据，进而得出对于一点资讯的几点优化建议。 一点资讯的独特的发展模式在行业内的标杆作用明显，本文希望为一点资讯带来一定的创新模式建议供企业参考之外。更希望通过工具的体系化分析为同行业的创业者或规划进入该行业的创业者提供可以借鉴参考的内容。
英文摘要：	Abstract With the updating development of information technology, the reform of technology brings improvement to each industry. Creativity has became the major driving force of economy and society development; it is also the most obvious label for internet enterprise. From traditional to new media era, the improved broadcasting pattern brought by technology development also leads to earth-shaking change of media industry. The powerful up-rising of mobile internet media has brought big challenge to traditional media such as newspaper, magazine and TV. The case being researched on in this article is a typical business example of star-up new media enterprise. Namely, YIDIANZIXUN news APP. It is a mobile information platform with key words searching and characterized recommendation function. Through implementing the leading pattern of human-device, focusing on the mobile phone end users’ interest, its push service logic deeply combines editing and arithmetic together. It makes the information transfer with high efficiency and huge amount. At the same time, it avoids the blindly transferring according to device judgement on users’ interest and accurately push interesting, useful and valuable content to users. By this, it brings excellent and characterized reading experience to users. In this article, writer tried to analyze what is the pattern of YIDIANZIXUN’s pioneering work and what competitive advantages and disadvantages could be brought by this pattern.Then according to above analysis writer tried to make feasible suggestion for YIDIANZIXUN.Firstly,writer analyzed the process of YIDIANZIXUN’s pioneering work. And according to the data published by YIDIANZIXUN itself and 3rd party media, business canvas was made.Further on, with Porter Five Forces, PEST and SWOT analyzing tools, writer analyzed competitive advantages and disadvantages of YIDIANZIXUN. At the end of this article, by comparing YIDIANZIXUN with TOUTIAO,a leading company in this industry, and concluding above data, writer made some suggestions for improving YIDIANZIXUN. The unique pattern of YIDIANZIXUN’s pioneering work is a typical benchmark in this industry. In this article, besides bring more thinking and suggestion to enterprises, the writer also hopes to take this example as a reference for existing and potential entrepreneurs in this industry.
