| 中文摘要: | 随着移动互联网普及率的逐年提升,新的“文化”也在悄然兴起。以IP为核心,以文字、影视剧、游戏、动漫等形式的泛娱乐文化日渐形成,并逐步成为行业焦点,与此同时也获得了大批资本的青睐。然而,近几年来,由于大IP改编频繁失误,直接导致版权交易市场遇冷,网络文学企业面临着前所未有的严峻挑战。因此,为了企业的长远发展,网络文学企业的版权销售模式必须要有所改变。 本文将项目管理、项目导向型组织和团队建设等相关理论应用于网络文学企业中,结合BY公司版权销售团队及销售业务的实际情况,按照不同属性的版权项目制定适合的销售方案,进而组建相应的销售团队,利用科学有效的方法对团队成员进行考核和激励。 本文共分为六章,第一章为绪论部分,描述了选题背景、研究内容和方法、技术路线等。第二章是介绍项目管理方法、项目导向型组织、团队建设以及泛娱乐产业、网络文学版权交易的情况。第三章描述了网络文学企业中项目导向型销售团队建设思路及其独特性分析。第四章具体研究分析了网络文学企业中项目导向型销售团队的组建和管理方法。第五章则是以BY公司的版权销售团队为实际案例,描述了BY公司版权销售团队的现有情况以及组建项目导向型版权销售团队的研究。第六章为结论和展望,阐述了本文研究过程中遇到的困难和不足之处,并提出对后续研究的展望。 本文所研究对象BY公司是一家网络文学企业,就其在版权销售中存在的问题和困境,结合项目管理和项目导向型组织理论知识,制定出项目导向型版权销售团队的组建方案,旨在提高BY公司版权销售团队的业绩和效率。对于BY公司版权销售团队的研究,对于其他的网络文学企业具有极大的参考价值。 关键词:项目管理;项目导向;版权销售;团队建设;IP(知识产权Intellectual Property) | |
| 英文摘要: | As the popularity of mobile Internet has increased year by year, new "cultures" are quietly emerging. With IP as the core, the pan-entertainment culture in the form of words, film and television dramas, games, animations, etc. is gradually forming, and has gradually become the focus of the industry. At the same time, it has also won the favor of a large number of capitals. However, in recent years, due to the frequent mistakes in the adaptation of large IP, which directly led to the cold of the copyright trading market, online literature enterprises are facing unprecedented severe challenges. Therefore, for the long-term development of enterprises, the copyright sales model of online literature enterprises must be changed. In this paper, the related theories of project management, project-oriented organization and team building are applied to network literature enterprises. Combining the actual situation of BY company's copyright sales team and sales business, according to the copyright items of different attributes, a suitable sales plan is formulated, and then correspondingly The sales team uses a scientific and effective method to evaluate and motivate team members. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which describes the background of the topic, the research content and methods, and the technical route.
