| 中文摘要: | 在“大众创业,万众创新”的国家政策背景下,近年来我国出现了一股创新创业的浪潮,在这个过程中,我国新登记的企业数量爆发增长,增势迅猛,尤其是中小企业数量。在这样的大背景下中小型餐饮企业发展也遇到了一些问题。比较有代表性的问题有为迎合消费习惯和健康理念而引发的产品迭代更新的问题;为实现扩大经营和科学管理进行服务标准化控制的问题;顺应信息化大潮连接互联网进行线上线下O2O整合的问题;如何有效的市场营销和产品包装的问题;食品安全和稳定性问题等。中小型餐饮企业怎样利用金融手段通过融资来助力自身跨越发展是其中一个有代表性和具有时代特征的问题。在企业自身来说,比较小的经营规模和偿债能力以及餐饮类企业资产的信用度低为向银行等金融机构进行贷款融资增加了难度。目前我国融资市场监管制度不够成熟不够完善,现有监管机构在高标准规范下进行监管,这对中小型餐饮企业来讲,严重抑制了它们融资发展的空间。随着市场风险的加大,银行等金融机构对于借贷的审核更加严格,这无形中使融资相对困难的中小型餐饮企业融资环境雪上加霜,然而众筹融资借助互联网经济的翅膀提供了一个新选择,一定程度上解决了中小型餐饮企业特别是初创企业发展融资的问题。本文针对创业企业JJM快餐连锁项目采用众筹融资进行开店的发展策略进行研究。首先,提出JJM快餐连锁项目众筹开店设计和运作过程中发现的问题。然后通过理论分析、行业分析、结合项目运作实际情况进行分析研究,提出若干解决方案。并且由特殊到一般,对于餐饮类企业众筹融资运营,提出建议。本文共分五章。第一章绪论。该部分首先论述了本文研究内容的背景和意义,然后是相关文献部分,接下来对本文研究的内容、方法、创新点和框架进行说明。第二章众筹融资相关概念和理论。本章分为二部分,分别介绍了众筹融资相关概念和相关理论。第三章JJM快餐连锁项目众筹融资方案。首先对餐饮行业及JJM快餐连锁项目情况进行分析,接下来对于JJM快餐连锁项目众筹方案众筹前准备方案、众筹中工作方案、众筹后保障方案进行介绍和分析;第四章JJM快餐连锁项目众筹融资发展思考。该章在JJM快餐连锁项目后续众筹融资、JJM快餐连锁项目众筹发展应注意的问题两个方面进行论述;第五章结论与建议。对本文进行总结并提出了一些合理建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the national policy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", China has seen a wave of innovation and entrepreneurship in recent years. In this process, the number of newly registered enterprises in China has exploded and grown rapidly, especially the number of small and medium-sized enterprises. In this context, the development of small and medium-sized catering enterprises also encountered some problems. The typical problems disperse in areas, such as to update the product iteratively according to the consumption habit and health concept; Standardization of service control for business expansion and scientific management; To follow the trend of Informationization to connect the Internet for online and offline o2o integration; Effective marketing and product packaging; Food safety and stability. How to use financial means to facilitate their leapfrog development is one of the typical and characteristic problems. For the enterprise itself, the relatively small operating scale and debt paying ability as well as the low credit degree of the assets of catering enterprises increase the difficulty of borrowing and financing from Banks and other financial institutions. At present, the supervision system of China's financing market is not mature enough and not perfect enough, and the existing regulatory agencies conduct supervision under high standards, which seriously inhibits the financing development space of small and medium-sized catering enterprises. With the increase of the market risk, Banks and other financial institutions for borrowing stricter audit, it virtually makes the catering enterprises financing environment that's bad, but all the suggests the wings of the economy, thanks to the Internet provides a new financing options, to a certain extent solved the problems of financing small and medium sized catering enterprises development. The thesis is a research of start-up crowd funding, taking the JJM project as an example. At the first, the author poses the question what is found during architecture designing and operating of the JJM project. Than it obtains analysis and research using ways of theories analysis, industry analysis and operation situation analysis. Base on those, targeted solutions are proposed. Also, some results, from specific to general, are concluded during the operating progress. The author puts forward his own viewpoints about catering companies’ crowd funding. This thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter one introduction. This part first discusses the background and significance of the research content of this paper, then the related literature part, and then explains the content, methods, innovation points and framework of this paper. Chapter two is about the concept and theory of crowdfunding. This chapter is divided into two parts, respectively introduced the concept of crowdfunding and related theories. Chapter three JJM fast food chain project crowdfunding scheme. First, the catering industry and the JJM fast food chain project are analyzed. Then, the pre-crowdfunding preparation plan, the work plan and post-crowdfunding support plan of the JJM fast food chain project are introduced and analyzed. The fourth chapter JJM fast-food chain project crowdfunding development thinking. This chapter discusses the follow-up crowdfunding of JJM fast-food chain project and the issues that should be paid attention to in the development of JJM fast-food chain project crowdfunding. Chapter five conclusions and recommendations. This paper summarizes and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. | |
