中文摘要：	随着国际贸易的高速发展，整个物流行业也在飞速发展。同时，日益国际 化的供应链管理需求对物流企业提出了各种挑战。本文将讨论物流信息整合平 台的构建与应用，如何应对供应链对物流管理日益提升的要求。 本文将通过分析供应链的特点、运作模式和对信息化的需求，提出物流信 息整合平台的构想。并通过物流信息整合平台的构建、实施和应用来验证平台 在满足供应链对物流管理提升的需求之余，还能对供应链进销存进行持续不断 的改进。物流信息整合平台衔接了供应链体系中的国际贸易企业和物流服务企 业，打破了企业间信息孤岛的状况，实现了商品订单和物流订单的动态关联和 可控。而平台的业务信息共享传导的理念，保证了数据链证据全程动态可视的 实现，为及时发现供应链体系中的弱点带来了可能。在此基础上，企业通过 P-D-C-A 循环的方法能系统性的监督和改进自己的供应链全球体系。文中通过顾 家家居上线实施物流信息整合平台的实例，展示了如何衔接其国内和国外众多 不同类型的供应商，构建了一套供应链监督管理体系，并能持续不断的优化和 改进。 在本文的最后，展望了随着中国品牌走向海外，必然要建立属于自己的国 际贸易和供应链全球管理体系，物流信息整合平台将助一臂之力。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of international trade, the entire logistics industry is developing at full speed. At the same time, the increasingly internationalized supply chain management demands various challenges for logistics enterprises. This paper will discuss the research and application of logistics information integration platform, how to respond to the increasing demand of supply chain for logistics management. This paper will put forward the conception of logistics information integration platform by analyzing the characteristics of supply chain, operation mode and the demand for information. And through the construction, implementation and application of the logistics information integration platform to verify that the platform can meet the demand of the supply chain to improve logistics management, but also to improve the supply chain inventory. Logistics information integration platform links up international trade enterprises and logistics service enterprises among the supply chain system, breaking the information island between enterprises, realizing the dynamic correlation between commodity orders and shipment orders. The concept of sharing and conducting business information on the platform ensures the realization of dynamic visualization of data link evidence, and makes it possible to discover weaknesses in the supply chain system in time. On this basis, enterprises can systematically supervise and improve their own global supply chain system through the P-D-C-A cycle. There’s a sample of KUKA furniture, which demonstrates how to connect many different types of suppliers and construct a supply chain supervision and management system by using logistics information integration platform. And it can be continuously optimized and improved. At the end of this paper, with the Chinese brands going overseas, it is inevitable to establish its own global management system of international trade and supply chain. Logistics information integration platform will help on this.
