| 中文摘要: | 文化是国家的软实力,文化产业的发展是国民经济发展的重要组成部分,文化产业园区是文化产业发展的关键阵地。经过四十年的改革开放,我国经济发展进入新时代,国民经济由高速发展转向高质量发展,伴随着居民收入的增长和消费水平的升级,在全面建成小康社会的路上,对文化和文化创意的需求日益强烈。目前,我国文化创意产业园区无论是从数量和质量上都具有长足的发展,这有赖于我国十分悠久的历史文化和特色鲜明的艺术文化资源为我国文化创意产业的发展提供强有力的支持,更加有赖于大批优秀的民间艺人和各行各业的艺术家人才日益涌现,然而高端的文化创意园区建设滞后严重影响着我国文化创意产业的发展。 本文以观唐文化产业园区为研究对象,首先总结了国外如美国、德国等文化产业园的发展历程和运营模式,结合国内文化产业园发展现状,发现国内文化产业园区的共性问题和观唐文化产业园比较突出的问题,尤其是针对观唐文化产业园发展的实际状况,创新的提出了文化产业园运营模式从1.0到4.0版本的概念。颠覆性整合“运营方、产权方、资本方、项目方”四大主体资源,提出了文化投行的概念,并对上述发展模式进行了概括性的总结,分析了这几种运营模式的优点和缺点。 运用SWOT等方式对文化产业园4.0模式的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了全面的总结,同时分析出观唐文化产业园所面临的SW、SO、WT、WO四大战略,对未来文化产业园从4.0版本进一步提升到5.0版本(可复制文化投行)的构建路径作了详细的介绍,制定了观唐文化产业园近期、中期、远期发展愿景规划,强调了文化产业园运营定位高端和以金融为中心的顶层设计,提炼出轻资产运营与领衔构建文化产业联盟,优化特色运营管理模式、构建观唐文化品牌识别系统这三大观唐文化产业园核心竞争力因素,从企业的准入到人才的保障再到政策支持搭建了基础支撑系统。本文对我国文化产业园区的升级换代和整个行业的发展都具有一定的积极意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Culture is the soft power of the country, the development of cultural industry is an important part of national economic development, and cultural industrial park is the key position for the development of cultural industry. After 40 years of reform and opening up, China's economic development has entered a new era, and the national economy has shifted from high-speed development to high-quality development. Along with the growth of residents' income and the upgrading of consumption level, on the road to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, the demand for culture and cultural creativity is increasingly strong. At present, our country culture creative industry park both in terms of quantity and quality has a great development, it depends on the very long history culture and the distinctive artistic and cultural resources for the development of cultural creative industry in China to provide strong support, more dependent on a large number of outstanding talents of folk artists and artists from all walks of life are increasingly emerging, however the high-end cultural creative park construction lag seriously affects the development of cultural creative industries in China. Based on the concept of journal of industrial park as the research object, firstly summarizes the foreign culture such as the United States, Germany, industrial park development course and operation mode, combine the domestic current situation of the cultural industrial park development, found the domestic cultural industry park of common problems and to solve the problems of journal of industrial park, especially for view the actual status of the journal of industrial park development, and puts forward some innovative cultural industrial park operation mode from 1.0 to 4.0 version of the concept. The concept of cultural investment bank is put forward through the subversive integration of the four major resources of "operation party, property party, capital party and project party". The above development modes are summarized in a general way and the advantages and disadvantages of these operation modes are analyzed.
