中文摘要：	摘要 在国家制定实施创新驱动型发展战略、将创新置于国家整体发展核心的大背景下，中国城市化的新发展是探索中国特色可持续发展道路的重要课题。启迪控股基于多年科技城的建设经验，逐步探索出以科技引领城市化发展的“科技兴城”发展模式。本文目的是通过对启迪柳州科技城的研究和分析，总结柳州科技城发展的经验，为类似产业的发展提供一些思路和参考。 为此，本文以启迪柳州科技城为研究对象，在介绍科技城的概念、发展战略、发展战略分析工具、竞争战略等基本概念和相关理论观点的基础上，对科技城内外部环境进行分析。其中外部环境包括宏观环境、竞争环境和政策分析，内部环境包括启迪柳州科技城的基本情况、内部资源和能力分析。然后，通过SWOT分析，确定了启迪柳州科技城发展战略的方向，并参照一些先进企业的发展模式，明确了启迪柳州科技城发展战略设计的基础和方向，从而确定科技城的发展战略选择。最后，提出了实现发展战略目标的若干重要措施和保障。在研究过程中，运用理论分析、现场调查和案例研究方法。理论分析采用波特理论、外部环境分析理论、竞争策略和相关理论。实地调查的方法是收集和分析启迪柳州科技城的资源整合和内部管理能力。案例研究的规则是通过案例研究来分析一些先进项目的成功经验。 通过对本文的研究，我们可以得出结论：启迪柳州科技城的发展战略选择上应在三方面进行落地执行：品牌战略，导入清华启迪产业优势并落地，形成具有启迪特色的品牌效应形；投资策略，注重战略城市、政府和龙头企业的布局以形成具有启迪标签的规模效应；产品和市场策略，注重资产市场战略和轻资产经营模式，把握市场发展的战略机遇，项目开发的可操作性和实施。
英文摘要：	Abstract Under the background of formulating and implementing innovation-driven development strategy and putting innovation at the core of national overall development, the new development of China's urbanization is to explore the sustainable development road with Chinese characteristics. Based on the practical experience of Enlightenment Holdings in the development of urbanization for many years, and gradually explore the technology-led urbanization of "science and technology to invigorate the city" development model. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to summarize the experience of the development of Liuzhou Science and Technology City by research on the enlightenment and development of Liuzhou Science and Technology City. To provide some ideas and references for the development of similar industries. Therefore, this thesis takes Liuzhou science and technology city as the research object. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts and relevant theoretical viewpoints, such as the concept of science and technology city, development strategy, development strategy analysis tools, competition strategy and so on. Then, the external environment of the city is analyzed, including macro environment, competitive environment and policy analysis. Then it analyzes the internal environment of Enlightenment of Liuzhou city science and technologyincluding the analysis of tangible resources and intangible resources, production capacity analysis and operational ability.Then, by SWOT analysis, determine the direction of the Enlightenment of Liuzhou city science and technology development strategy, and with reference to some advanced enterprise development mode, has been clear about the Enlightenment of Liuzhou city development strategy of science and technology design and direction, to determine the development of science and technology city level strategic choice.Finally, put forward the development strategy goal of several important measures and guarantee for it.In the process of research, using theoretical analysis, field investigation and case study method.Theoretical analysis using porter theory, the external environment analysis theory, competitive strategy and related theory.Field investigation method is to collect and analyze Enlightenment of Liuzhou city science and technology resources integration and internal management ability.The rules of case study is to find the successful experience of some advanced project by research on the case. Through the research on this thesis, we can draw a conclusion: the Enlightenment of Liuzhou city science and technology development strategy choice should be carried out in three aspects: brand strategy, the import of Tsinghua enlightenment industrial advantage and fall to the ground, forming a brand effect with the characteristic of Enlightenment;Investment strategy, pay attention to the strategic city, the government and the layout of the leading enterprises in order to form the scale effect of enlightenment;Product and market strategy, pay attention to asset market strategy and light assets management mode, grasp the strategic opportunity of market development, the maneuverability of the project development and implementation.
