| 中文摘要: | 受2008年美国经济危机波及,全球海运市场自2008年以来一直持续萎靡不振,众多船东在盈利和亏损之间徘徊,受全球进出口贸易形势影响,经营有方的船公司勉强维持公司运营发展,缺乏管理和成本控制的公司纷纷被兼并或者倒闭,例如南美轮船CSAV,韩进海运HANJIN,海南泛洋POSA,阿拉伯航运UA,汉堡南美HAM-SUD等。一家船公司如何控制企业运营成本,提高盈利能力,是摆在各家面前的一个重要的课题。而在这其中船舶运营成本控制尤为重要,近年来14000标箱规模以上的大船陆续下水,最大的船舶运载量已达22000标箱,随之而来的运营成本也相应增加,如何科学利用船舶和规划航线以达到最大效益产出,变的越来越紧迫。 本文以阳明海运集团为例,对阳明海运从船舶建造和租赁、燃油供给、航线规划、合作方配合、员工素质、港口布局、客户开发与维护等方面分析船舶运营中存在的问题,结合目前公司状况,应用 PEST分析法和 SWOT分析法等理论,为公司优化船舶经营做出分析和建议。通过对企业船舶航线运营现状进行分析,指出了海运行业存在的普遍问题和阳明海运集团存在的个别问题。结合行业发展趋势,采用创新理念,尝试对船舶运营进行多方位剖析,在船舶运营成本和航线规划方面进行改善和优化。 本文的研究成果,有助于公司降低企业运营成本,提升经济效益,为帮助航运企业尽早改善经营绩效,走出亏损困境,提供现实理论支持。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Affected by the 2008 US economic crisis, the global shipping market has been depressed since 2008 and many shipowners were hovering between profits and losses. Affected by the global import and export trade situation. Well-managed ship companies could barely maintain their operations and those who were lack of management and cost control had been merged or closed down. For example, CSAV,HANJIN,POSA,UA,HAM-SUD etc. How a shipping company control the operating costs and improve its profitability is becoming more and more important. This has become a very urgent issue lies on each managements’ desk. ship operation cost control is particularly important between above, because recent years new vessels with capacity over 14,000teus has been gradually launched into market and the biggest has even reached 22,000teus. It is becoming more and more urgent to make fully use of ships and planned routings in order to achieve maximum efficiency. This article takes my working company as an example, for Yangming shipping vessel construction and leasing, fuel supply, route planning, partner cooperation, staff quality, port layout, customer development and maintenance etc to find out current problems, combined with current company status, applied PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method etc, to provide personal analysis and suggestion for better operation. By reviewing current status of shipping line operation, I point out the general problems in the marine industry and the individual problems in our company. Combining with the development trend of this industry, adopting the idea of innovation, we tried to carry out a multi-directional analysis of the ship's operation and improve the shipping cost and route planning. The research results of this article will help companies reduce operating costs, enhance economic efficiency and help shipping enterprises to reform as soon as possible. Help company for good business performance and get out of the deficit predicament with practical theoretical support. | |
