中文摘要:2018年上半年,我国经济面平稳向好,消费市场最为活跃,经济继续延续了增速平稳的基本态势。一季度,国内居民最终消费支出对经济增长的贡献率为77.8%,居民消费对整体经济增长的拉动作用进一步增强,成为保持经济平稳运行的基石和稳定器。消费升级,政策支持,大数据技术等共同推动消费金融市场发展,而消费场景化日趋丰富,3C电子消费、旅游消费、教育培训、购车消费等细分市场快速发展。为此,各商业银行、消费金融公司、互联网公司、大数据技术公司、电商平台等等都纷纷加入发力消费金融领域。 论文将以ZM公司为研究对象,针对ZM公司在消费金融服务产品业务发展中面临的突出问题,以消费金融相关理论为基础,采用调查访谈法、个案研究法与SWOT分析法相结合的方法,运用大数据、风险控制等基本理论,结合笔者从业经验,对ZM公司现有产品线在行业中所处的市场环境和竞争状况,以及公司发展中将会面临的问题进行深入系统的分析,提出ZM公司要优化和调整现有业务的传统操作、运营和风险控制模式,前瞻性的建立基于大数据技术开发消费金融服务产品。首先,对ZM公司现状做出分析,剖析公司在业务发展及运营中存在的问题:包括公司缺少消费场景和流量入口,消费金融牌照,公司消费金融产品太过单一,运营成本太高及风险控制模式局限落后等问题。通过对国内优秀的消费金融机构和运用大数据技术以及ZM公司自身优势进行分析,总结出一条符合ZM公司未来发展的道路:通过定位布局年轻人市场,打造完整的年轻人消费金融生态服务体系,牢牢掌握有消费需求的源头客户群体,为其提供可持续化、优质化、高效化的金融服务。ZM公司充分利用大数据技术,建立并联盟起有场景化和市场相结合的消费者需求,积极发展消费金融业务,从互联网发展趋势上探索和拓展消费金融服务场景与新产品设计,旨在为ZM公司的发展提出些许参考性意见。 
英文摘要:In the first half of 2018, China's economy maintained a steady growth, with the consumer market being the most active.In the first quarter, China's final consumer spending contributed 77.8 percent to economic growth, and its contribution to overall economic growth was further strengthened, making it a cornerstone and stabilizer for the stable operation of the economy.Consumption upgrading, policy support and big data technology are jointly promoting the development of consumer financial market, while consumption scenarios are becoming increasingly rich. Market segments such as 3C electronic consumption, tourism consumption, education training and car purchase consumption have developed rapidly.Therefore, all commercial Banks, consumer finance companies, Internet companies, big data technology companies, e-commerce platforms and so on have joined in the development of consumer finance.
