中文摘要: 随着经济和社会的不断发展,饭店组织所面临的环境发生了深刻的变化。竞争日趋激烈,顾客的需求越来越个性化,组织构成的基础也发生了很大的变化。传统的饭店组织已经难以适应新的环境,暴露出种种弊端。因此,组织必须通过积极的变革,努力去适应环境,才能求得长期的生存和发展。网络在饭店业中的广泛应用,不但使饭店经营的外部环境发生了巨大的变化,而且也彻底改变了饭店内部的运作基础,对饭店组织再造产生了很大的影响。本文的研究目的就是要阐明网络环境对饭店组织的影响,研究网络环境下我国饭店组织再造的方向,进而提出网络环境下我国饭店组织模型,并对饭店组织如何变革提出对策和建议,以期实现网络作用的充分发挥和饭店组织灵活性、适应性的提高。 本文共分为五章:第一章首先阐述了选题背景和研究意义,然后对研究范围和研究思路进行了介绍,最后介绍了文章的研究方法、创新点及存在的困难。第二章对理论基础和相关研究现状进行了回顾和总结。第三章首先介绍了网络的特点及在饭店中的作用、饭店组织再造的定义及内涵,在此基础上,对网络环境与饭店组织再造的关系进行了分析。第四章首先分析了我国饭店组织现状,然后分析了网络环境对饭店组织各要素的影响,最终确定了网络环境下饭店组织再造的方向。第五章首先阐述了网络环境下饭店组织再造的原则,然后提出了网络环境下饭店组织模型,并对组织变革策略、运行保障机制和变革中存在的阻力进行了分析。 本文的研究一方面丰富了饭店组织理论研究体系,充实了饭店组织再造的理论内容,另一方面为我国饭店组织提出了具有竞争力的组织模型,对我国饭店组织管理和组织变革起到了一定的指导作用。  
英文摘要: Along with the economic and social development, the environment that hotel organizations face has changed greatly. Competition is increasing. The customer's demand is becoming more and more personalized. The foundation of organizations also has changed a lot. Traditional hotel organizations already have difficulty adapting to new environments, exposing all kinds of defects. In order to seek for long-term survival and development, organizations have to adapt to the environment through active changing. The wide application of network in hotel industry not only has dramatically changed the external environment of hotels, but also thoroughly changed the basis of the internal operation of hotels, all of which have imposed great impact on the hotel organization reengineering. This thesis aims to clarify the impact that network environment imposes on the hotel organization, do some researches on the direction of organization reengineering under the network environment, then put forward our hotel organization model, and give strategies and suggestions on how to reform the hotel organization, in order to exert the function of network adequately and enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the hotel organization. This thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter started by describing the research background and significance, then introduced the scope and content of the research, at last introduced the research methods, innovative points and difficulties. The second chapter reviewed and summarized the theoretical basis and the related research status quo. The third chapter firstly introduced the characteristic and the role of the network in the hotel, the definition and the connotation of hotel reorganization, and on this basis, analyzed the relationship between network environment and hotel organization reengineering. The forth chapter firstly analyzed the status quo of our hotel organizations, then analyzed the influence that network environment imposed on each factors of the hotel organization, and finally determined the direction of our hotel organization reengineering under the network environment. The fifth chapter firstly expounded the principles of hotel organization reengineering under the Network environment, then put forward the hotel organization model and analyzed the reform strategy, protection mechanism and the reform resistance. On the one hand, this thesis enriched the hotel organization theory system and the content of hotel organization reengineering. On the other hand, it puts forward a competitive organization model for our hotels, which played a certain amount of guidance role in our hotel organization management and organization transformation.
