中文摘要:人力资源是企业最为重要的战略性资源,也是企业价值的主要创造者,对企业核心竞争力的培育和总体战略规划的实施都有着至关重要的影响。因此,企业要想防止人才流失,提高员工对公司的忠诚度和归属感,就必须要运用合理有效的绩效管理措施强化对其的激励,满足其自我实现的需要。 任何一个企业对员工进行绩效考核,其作用主要在于通过绩效考核结果的运用评估员工和团队对于企业的贡献值,从而为员工的晋升、调薪、调动提供直接的依据;对公司薪酬体系建设提供很好的辅助支撑;对员工培训需求和职业生涯规划效果评估提供支撑;对于能力素质模型建立和日常工作分配提供依据等。 本文拟结合智能行业的特点和绩效管理相关理论对A公司的绩效管理现状进行深入分析,明确其存在的不足,并以此为依据,运用关键绩效指标(KPI)、平衡计分卡(BSC)等工具对其绩效管理流程重新进行规划设计,力求为A公司提供一套符合自身实际且能够充分满足员工需求的绩效管理体系,促进其员工个人绩效和部门绩效的共同提升,为公司战略发展规划的顺利实现创造良好前提。同时也愿意本文的研究结果可以为行业内其他自动化集成企业的绩效管理体系改革提供一定的参考价值。  
英文摘要:Human resource is the most important strategic resource of company, is also a major creator of company value, to cultivate the core competitiveness of companys and the implementation of the overall strategic planning has vital influence. Therefore, the company wants to prevent brain drain, improve staff loyalty to the company and the sense of belonging, it must be reasonable use of effective performance management measures to strengthen the incentives, meet the needs of its fulfillment.
