中文摘要：	本文以A电信传媒企业作为具体的研究对象，通过进行调研取得的数据，并利用PEST法、SWOT分析法等手段针对A电信传媒企业所面临的市场竞争环境、发展过程中的优势和不足、机遇和威胁等开展了详细分析。基于对所取得的调查结果，利用战略管理理论，为其提供了战略选择和相关的规划，同时也提出了必要科学的市场竞争总体战略和相关的策略。 通过对全文进行了大量的研究，得出如今A电信传媒企业在发展过程中的优势展现在：（1）企业的创新能力良好，企业的产业链完备、具有良好的经营经验的人才团队等多个方面的优势；（2）劣势则体现在：规模不足、产品功能不足，以及质量达不到要求等劣势；（3）机遇表现为：由于我国政府希望让电信行业的垄断格局有所打破，让民营企业进入到电信领域、增值服务或者是互联网等行业，以及向各个行业内细分市场相互渗透等；（4）威胁则可以表现在：网络保障风险、带宽资源风险以及竞争对手的威胁等多个方面的威胁。（5）A电信传媒企业的未来发展目标要结合数据中心、云计算中的相关业务，把互联网增值服务和相关业务做大做强，促使本企业成为集平台与应用作为一体的电信传媒服务平台。（6）本文中分别是从骨干业务、核心业务、新兴业务等三个方面对A电信传媒公司业务发展战略的具体实施和相关建议进行了描述。同时，从提升员工的个人能力、经营能力、资金保障等方面则提出了发展战略的具体实施方案。 关键词：A电信传媒公司；发展战略；互联网综合服务
英文摘要：	This article takes A Telecom media company as the specific research object, with the help of the data obtained by research, and the competitive environment of the Internet integrated operation service market and the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the development process of A Telecom media company by using SWOT analysis and PEST method. Based on the results obtained, the strategic management related theories are used to formulate detailed strategic choices and plans, and some relevant countermeasures are put forward to formulate a scientific market competition strategy. Through the study of this reserch, we can see that the advantages of A Telecom media company (1) in the process of development are 5 advantages, such as strong business innovation ability, complete company industry chain, and talent team with operational experience. (2) disadvantages are: scale disadvantage, product function disadvantage, product quality disadvantage, and so on 5 3. (3) the opportunities are as follows: facing 5 opportunities for the state to break the monopoly of the telecommunications industry, encourage private capital to enter the field of telecommunications, value-added services and the application of the Internet to various industries; and (4) the threats are: the risk of bandwidth resources, the risk of network security, and the threat of competitors. Such as 5 aspects of the threat. (5) the future development strategy of A telecommunication media should be based on the data center, cloud computing and so on, and make big and strong Internet value-added service, and make the company become a telecommunication media with the integration of platform and application. (6) this reserch expounds the specific implementation measures and suggestions of the A Telecom media company's business development strategy from 3 aspects of core business development, backbone business and new business. At the same time, it puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy from the aspects of employee's ability enhancement, management and management ability improvement and capital guarantee.
