中文摘要：	PVC型材行业在产品设计项目质量管理中存在很多问题。PVC型材行业的产品设计水平与欧美发达国家存在很大差距；行业内普遍产品设计质量管理水平不高，没有形成一套成熟的以项目质量管理思想为指导的设计项目质量管理模式；企业内部的PVC型材产品开发设计过程的质量管理也存在众多问题。这些问题，制约着型材行业和企业的发展。 本文研究的目的是以项目管理理论和设计质量管理理论为指导,针对PVC型材企业设计项目质量管理中存在的问题，依据宝硕型材公司型材设计项目质量管理案例，研究PVC型材设计项目质量管理的特点，建立适合PVC型材企业的产品设计开发管理模式及相应的管理方法,以达到提升企业产品设计项目质量管理水平，满足客户需求的目的。本文采用理论与实际相结合的方法，在参考国内外文献的研究成果和结论的基础上，以宝硕型材公司型材设计项目质量管理为案例，对PVC型材企业的产品设计项目质量管理流程及特点进行分析，将质量功能展开方法（QFD）应用于设计过程中，提出结合企业的ISO9001质量管理体系建立企业的以项目团队方式进行产品开发的设计项目质量管理模式，采用项目质量管理的方法对产品设计过程进行有效的管理。 本文共分为四大部分，第一部分为绪论和相关理论回顾,指出型材行业型材设计项目质量管理中存在的问题，提出了本文的研究目的、研究意义、和研究方法，说明论文结构和主要内容,并对项目质量管理和设计质量管理相关理论进行了回顾；第二部分提出核心观点,对PVC型材设计项目质量管理的特点及其影响因素进行了深入的分析，针对PVC型材设计项目质量管理的内容，提出PVC型材设计项目质量管理的模型及管理方法并展开详细论述；第三部分结合宝硕型材公司PVC型材设计项目质量管理案例，对PVC型材设计项目质量管理模型与方法在型材设计过程中的应用进行了深入的论述；第四部分是本文的结论。
英文摘要：	There are many problems in the PVC profiles industry of product design project quality management. There is a big gap between China PVC profiles industry and the developed countries in Europe and America for the production design level. In general the level of production design project quality management is lower. There is no set of well-developed quality management model with the theory of project quality management as a guide. There are also many problems in the process of PVC profiles design project quality management. These problems, restricting the development of PVC profiles industries and enterprises. The purpose of this article is based on project quality management and design project quality management theory as a guide, in viewing of existing problems of design project quality management of PVC profiles enterprises. Using Baoshuo Company as a case, trying to find the characteristics of profiles design project quality management in the enterprise, to establish the product design project quality management model and corresponding methods. The aim is to enhance the product design project quality management level of them and to be better met the customer needs. In this article, use the methods of combination of theory and practice, Reference to domestic and foreign literature substantial research results and conclusions as a foundation, using Baoshuo Company as a case, analyze the process and characteristics of PVC profiles design project quality management and apply Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method in the design process. The author put forward a model of combine the ISO90001 quality management system of enterprises with the new production design project team approach job and to use the methods of project quality management to manage the PVC profile new production design project. This article is divided into three main parts. The first part is the theory for the Introduction and related theory recalls, pointed out the problems of the PVC profiles industry in profile design project quality management, putted forward the purpose of the study, research significance and research methods to illustrate the structure and main contents of this paper and reviewed the project quality management and design project quality management theory; The second part is the core point of view. The author conducted an in-depth analysis about the characteristics and the influencing factors in profiles design project quality management, pointed out the mission and set up a model and method of profile design project quality management and then entered into particulars about it; The third part, Used Baoshuo Profiles Company’s new product development design project quality management as an example, introduced the application of design project quality management model and methods in the process of PVC profiles design; the last part is the conclusions of this article.
