中文摘要：	近年来我国经济发展水平和国民生活支出水平的大幅提升，极大推动了民众旅游需求的增长，作为当前我国政府对小镇整体发展指导思想的重点，特色小镇旅游项目得到了全面的支持与发展。在特色小镇旅游开发的带动下，小镇旅游景观开发不仅能够为小镇带来较高的经济收益，还能实现小镇综合就业、文化底蕴开发等价值。当然，在此过程中也不乏出现一些问题，例如由于缺乏科学的规划和指导，在小镇旅游景观开发的同时对地区内的小镇旅游资源形成了一定破坏，影响了小镇旅游景观的可持续发展，等等。本文研究以实际项目案例为依托，采用文献综述研究、描述性研究、实地调研和理论研究等研究方法对具体的特色小镇旅游景观开发与可持续发展问题开展了系统的分析和研究。论文主要分为四部分内容。第一部分内容是对本文研究的背景性内容进行阐述，包括介绍本文选题的背景、在研究过程中采用的研究方法以及具有怎样的研究意义。第二部分内容是提出本文研究过程中的基本概念及相关理论，阐明本文研究过程中遵循的理论原则，为后续研究提供理论依据，同时也对国内外的相关课题研究现状进行了全面的总结阐述。第三部分内容是基于蘑菇小镇案例，对特色小镇旅游景观资源及开发现状进行分析，通过对该小镇旅游资源特点的整体性分析以及当前景观开发水平的把握，归纳总结其中可能存在的问题，为可操作性优化方案和具体建议的提出奠定基础。第四部分内容是本文研究的核心内容，同时也是本文研究成果的集中体现，在综合前文研究的基础上，提出特色小镇旅游景观开发应遵循的基本目标与原则以及应采用的基本策略与方法，提出产品开发、商业化及分区开发等策略，以保障实现特色旅游小镇可持续发展的目标，同时通过特色小镇可持续发展旅游景观评价体系的构建，进一步实现对特色旅游小镇可持续发展的综合评价，并可将此可持续发展分析方法进行推广应用。本文研究为蘑菇小镇开发提供了具体的理论指导，并为其中存在的问题提供了针对性的解决方案，研究成果可为优化保障我国特色小镇旅游景观的开发及可持续发展提供借鉴，而且对有效降低我国城乡综合经济水平差距、进一步推动我国城乡统筹发展也将发挥积极作用。
英文摘要：	In recent years, with the development of economics and the growth of national living expenditure, people's tourism demand have greatly promoted . As the focus of our government's guiding ideology for the overall development of small towns, the tourism projects of characteristic small towns have been fully supported and developed. Driven by tourism development of characteristic towns, tourism landscape development of small towns can not only bring high economic benefits to small towns, but also elevate the comprehensive employment and cultural development of local towns. Certainly, there are also some problems in this process, for example, due to the lack of scientific planning and guidance, the development of tourism in some small towns has caused great damage to the tourism resources in local towns , affecting the sustainable development of the tourism. Based on actual project cases, this paper systematically analyzed and studied the exploit and sustainable development of tourism landscape in specific towns by means of literature review, descriptive research, field research and theoretical research.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is about the background of this study, including the background of this topic, the research methods used in the research process and the research significance.The second part is to put forward the basic concepts and related theories in the process of this study, and clarify the theoretical principles followed in the process of this study, providing theoretical basis for follow-up research,In addition, it will also make a comprehensive summary and elaboration of the research status of relevant topics at home and abroad..Based on the case of mushroom towns, the third part will analyze the tourism landscape resources and development status of characteristic towns.Through the holistic analysis of the characteristics of tourism resources in the town and the grasp of the current level of landscape development, this paper will summarizes the possible problems, setting the foundation for the operability optimization scheme and specific solution.The fourth part is the core content of this paper, and it is also the embodiment of the research results..On the basis of the previous research, this part will puts forward the followings: basic objectives and principles, strategies and methods, which are to be followed in the development of tourism landscape in characteristic towns. Additionally, it will also puts forward the strategies of product development, commercialization and district development, so as to ensure the sustainable development of characteristic tourism towns.
