| 中文摘要: | 建筑业作为我国经济发展的重要支柱性产业,在保持国民经济及区域经济持续稳定发展中有着举足轻重的作用。然而建筑企业在产业链中的地位使建筑企业没有任何保护和资源垄断优势,建筑企业在市场规模不断扩大的同时面临着更大的竞争压力,随着竞争的更加白热化,导致建筑行业出现了许多新的变化,比如:工期更短、质量更严、报价更低、成本更高,这些变化的结果是建筑行业的利润更薄。大多数建筑企业面临着活难揽、活难干、钱难收的困境,甚至面临着生存挑战。在这种情况下,建筑企业如何面对市场,在企业做大的同时,怎样加强成本管理,提高盈利水平是值得建筑企业深层思考的问题。 作为一家拥有悠久历史的施工企业,青岛一建集团在项目成本管理方面有诸多较先进的方法。但鉴于项目成本管理的复杂性,以及建筑行业不断出现的新变化,青岛一建集团在项目成本管理过程中不断出现新问题。本文通过梳理这些问题,结合成本管理的相关理论,对问题进行分析,并探讨解决问题的办法。本文使用了理论与具体案例分析相结合的方法,通过进行有效的计划、组织、控制和协调等活动,重点解决在成本预测、成本计划、成本控制、成本核算、成本分析、成本考核六个环节存在的具体问题,达到尽可能地降低成本费用,实现预定的成本目标,创造良好经济效益的目的。 本文的基本架构如下:第一章绪论,概括介绍研究的背景和意义,采用的研究方法和内容;第二章回顾成本管理的相关理论;第三章介绍青岛一建集团项目成本管理的现状及存在的问题并对问题进行分析;第四章介绍管理体系构建、项目成本管理模式和管理方法;第五章采用工程实例说明方法的可操作性;第六章是结论和展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As an important pillar industry of Chinese economic development, construction industry plays an important role in maintaining the sustainable and stable development of national economy and regional economy. However, the position of construction enterprises in the industrial chain makes them have no advantages of protection and resource monopoly. While the market scale is expanding, construction enterprises are facing greater competition pressure. With the fiercer competition, many new changes have taken place in the construction industry, such as shorter construction period and stricter quality. The lower prices and higher costs of these changes result in a thinner profit in the construction industry. Most construction enterprises are facing the difficulties of hard work and even survival challenges. In this case, how to face the market, how to strengthen cost management and improve the profitability of construction enterprises is a question worthy of deep thinking. As a construction enterprise with a long history, Qingdao No.1 Construction Group has many advanced methods in project cost management. However, in view of the complexity of project cost management and the new changes in the construction industry, new problems arise in the process of project cost management in Qingdao No.1 Group. This paper combs these problems, combines the related theory of cost management, analyses the problems, and explores ways to solve them. This paper uses the method of combining theory with concrete case analysis to solve the specific problems in six links of cost forecasting, cost planning, cost control, cost accounting, cost analysis and cost assessment through effective planning, organization, control and coordination, so as to reduce the cost as much as possible. Cost, achieve the predetermined cost target, and create good economic benefits. The basic structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which summarizes the background and significance of the research, the research methods and contents adopted; the second chapter reviews the relevant theories of cost management; the third chapter introduces the current situation and problems of project cost management of Qingdao No.1 Construction Group and analyses the problems; the fourth chapter introduces the management system structure. Construction and project cost management mode and management method; the fifth chapter illustrates the operability of the method with engineering examples; the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. | |
