| 中文摘要: | 随着国内外市场环境的不断变化,作为传统的石油化工装备提供商面临着越来越激烈的市场竞争,压缩项目成本、缩短交货期、提升自身的项目管理水平是企业唯一的出路。新兴的大数据、云计算、物联网等IT技术为企业发展提供了新的启示和希望。本文主要基于以上情况对如何利用管理信息系统提高项目管理的水平进行了探讨。 本文以S公司为研究对象,在项目管理及管理信息系统相关文献回顾的基础上,简要阐述了其项目管理的组织架构及实施过程;然后对现有项目管理软件的缺陷及其造成的问题做了详细的分析,并提出了改进的总体框架。接下来在开发新的项目管理信息系统过程中,参照一般软件开发项目的过程将其分为四个阶段,以保障其设计阶段顺利执行。最后,在项目管理信息系统的实施过程中,以实际项目验证了新的管理信息系统能够很好地解决公司面临的问题。以问卷调查的方式对其进行了全面的评估,并通过新系统的实施过程的启示进行了阐述供相关公司参考,同时,依据收到的反馈提出了相应的持续改进建议。 本文在S公司信息管理系统设计的过程中,依据项目管理相关理论对存在的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的建议。同时依据软件开发项目的特点将新系统开发的过程划分为相应的阶段,明确其工作内容,具有一定的创新意义。通过管理信息系统将SAP系统和项目管理软件做了连接,解决了企业信息孤岛问题,并实现了高效的作业流,改善了原有的工作流程和工作方式,提高了工作效率。并且能够提供实时的、准确的数据记录,为项目管理和公司管理提供数据支持。在系统评价过程中制定了一套有针对性的评价指标,对相关企业的类似工作也有一定的参考价值。在全民提倡工业4.0及中国制造2025的大环境下,用现代化的IT和大数据技术对传统制造业的经营管理方式进行了改善,使其管理水平得到了提高。进而为传统制造业的转型升级、工厂数字化和工业物联网建设起到了一定的启迪作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuously change of domestic and overseas market environment, the traditional petrochemical industry equipment supplier is facing more and more fierce competition. To reduce the project budget, shorten the delivery leading time and enhance the project management skills is the only way to succeed. The new emerging Big Data, Cloud computing, Internet of Things (IOT) and other IT technology provide the enterprise’s development new enlightenment and hope. This article talked about how to improve the project management level with Management Information System based on above conditions. This article takes Company S as the research object, based on the review of Project Management Information System related literature, briefly exposit its organizational structure and implementation process of project management. It analysis the weakness of current project management software and the problem it caused in detail, and put forward the general frame of improvement. During the coming develop process of the new project management information system, we divide the process into four stages following the requirement of software development project in order to ensure the design phase can execute smoothly. At last during the implement process, actual projects’ success proved that the new management information system is able to solve the problem this company facing with. We do the overall evaluation for the new system through questionnaire survey and put forward the corresponding advice according the feedback we got. Meanwhile, new enlightenment was triggered through this implementation for relevant company. During the process of information management design for Company S, we analysis the existing problem based on project management theory and brought out the corresponding advice. Meanwhile, according the characteristic of software develop project we divide the whole process into corresponding stage and make the work load explicit and have certain creative significance. We realize the interface between SAP system and project management software through the new system and solve the information independence problem, and realize efficiency workflow and change the original working process and working method, and also increase the work efficiency. Meanwhile, it can provide the real-time and accurate data record, this data record can help the project management and company management. We make the whole set of pertinent evaluation target during the system evaluation, this can provide some reference for other enterprises. In the current environment that everyone is advocating the Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025, improvements of operating management would be done for tradition manufacturing industry with modern IT and Big Data technology, management standard get improved. And then this has some enlightenment effect for tradition manufacturing industry’s transition upgrade, factory digitization and Industry IOT. | |
