中文摘要：	历史街区是人类宝贵的文化遗产，记载着城市发展的信息，是城市历史风貌与传统的反映，具有很强的文化价值、经济价值以及社会价值。在旅游开发方面历史街区作为文化遗产具有得天独厚的资源优势。然而，随着城市化进程的加快、城市更新改造和城市旅游业的发展，历史街区在开发、改造、保护中存在着种种问题和矛盾，引起了社会各界的重视。本文在借鉴国内外历史街区旅游开发经验的基础上，从不同角度总结出目前历史街区开发的一般模式，在对比分析各模式之后，提出了保护视角下的历史街区旅游开发模式。最后在此模式的指导下，以西安鼓楼历史街区为例，提出该街区旅游开发的策略和保障机制。 本文一共分为五章。第一章导论部分主要是对本文的选题背景与意义、国内外相关研究综述、本文的思路框架、研究方法进行了阐述。第二章是关于本文的理论基础部分。包括对历史街区概念界定、特点与分类，以及历史街区旅游开发的相关理论依据。第三章通过分析国内外历史街区旅游开发案例，从不同角度得出了历史街区旅游开发的一般模式，并对其进行了对比分析。第四章对目前历史街区旅游开发中存在的问题进行分析，提出了保护视角下的历史街区旅游开发模式。第五章是在该模式的指导下，对西安鼓楼历史街区案例进行了分析和研究，并提出了街区旅游开发的策略。最后，总结了本文的结论，并提出值得进一步探讨和研究的问题。 本文提出了基于保护视角的历史街区旅游开发模式，并对西安鼓楼历史街区案例进行研究，一方面为西安鼓楼历史街区旅游开发提供一定的借鉴作用，丰富西安城市旅游的文化主题和旅游产品；另一方面为历史街区旅游开发提供了一种较为系统的参考模式，以促进历史街区的可持续发展。
英文摘要：	Historic district is a valuable cultural heritage of mankind, which contains plenty of information about city development, and reflects historic style, traditional culture of the city. It has important cultural, economical and social value. As the development of tourism, historic district, a kind of cultural heritage, has become a prevailing resource. However, with the acceleration of urbanization process, urban upgrading and development of city tourism, historic district faces various problems and contradictions among development, alteration and protection. The community from all walks of life has paid more and more attention to them generally. This thesis, on the base of domestic and international cases, introduces the current general models of historic district development from different angles. In contrast, it puts forward the tourism development model from the protection perspective. The thesis also takes Xi'an Drum-Tower historic district as an example and raises strategies and guarantee system under the guidance of the development model. This thesis is divided into 5 chapters .The first chapter is introduction, which mainly explains the reasons and significance of selecting this subject. It also introduces the study progress of relative researchers, framework and study methods. The 2nd chapter deals with relative concepts and theoretical basis, which contains definition, character, classification and relative theories on the historic district development. The 3rd chapter introduces tourism development models on historic district after comparing and analyzing internal and international cases, which is from different perspectives. The 4th chapter analyzed problems in current model, and put forward the one that is from the protection perspective. The fifth introduced the case about Xi'an Drum –Tower historic district, and proposes a strategy for tourism development of the community in the model raised above. Last, it summarizes the conclusions of research , and pointed out problems for further study. This thesis put forward tourism development model on historic district from the perspective of protection. Xi'an Drum-Tower Historic District case studies can be seen in the thesis. On the one hand, it can provide a reference for the tourism development of Drum-Tower Historic District, and make the culture theme and tourism products of Xi'an rich. On the other hand, tourism development for the Historic District provides a more systematic reference model, to promote the sustainable development of the historical district.
