中文摘要：	财务外包指将财务管理过程中的某些模块分离开来，为了能让企业更集中的培养企业核心竞争力，而选择外包给有能力的承包商，以达到能够快速响应市场号召和变换的需求。使用这种形式不仅能减低企业的成本、提升企业核心竞争力和管理水平、还能将企业管理进一步优化。随着近年来外包管理的不断发展，作为一种全新的形式，财务外包成为企业未来发展的大趋势。 案例公司，作为世界最大的农机设备公司，在国内的下属子公司，在林业和农业领域是全球领先的服务供应商，公司还在全球提供金融服务等领域涉足并有长足地发展。公司下属工程机械工厂、发动机工厂、拖拉机工厂和产品研发中心。其总部设在伊利诺斯州的莫林，是美国农业中心。案例公司在11个国家开办了投资公司，其产品销往160多个国家，并跻身世界五百强。 本文依据交易费用理论、委托代理理论分析JD公司财务外包；财务外包的收益和风险分析；最后设计外包公司执行方案，分析财务外包的范围确定，财务外包的利益相关者和与利息相关者的沟通策略，利益相关者主要转换管理过程中的员工以及外包服务商，外包的管理，包括外包转换管理，外包转换和外包转换后的外包服务管理。根据目前公司的业务特点和发展现状，来分析在财务管理方面公司所存在的问题和面临的现状，并提出了相应的财务外包的策略，指出了公司财务外包的必要性。本文的目标是为解决公司的财务管理问题，而量身定制一份财务外包计划。本文采用的方法有：以案例研究为基础，以外资企业为案例，深入分析公司面临的财务困境，提出相应的财务外包思路和实施方案。 本文可以为大型外资企业财务管理及财务外包方案提供建议和意见。下文将把理论付诸实践，为各个大型外资或国有企业提供新的想法，并设计出一套专属外资企业的外包方案。 关键词：财务外包；核心竞争力；外资企业
英文摘要：	Financial outsourcing refers to the separation of certain modules in the financial management process and the selection of capable contractors to outsource the work, so that companies can concentrate their resources on cultivating core competitiveness to meet the requirements of responding to market changes quickly. This will not only improve corporate management capabilities and core competencies, but also reduce corporate costs and optimize corporate management processes. With the continuous development of the financial outsourcing management model in recent years, financial outsourcing as a new management model is also the company's future development trend. As a subsidiary of the world's largest agricultural machinery company in China, the case company is the world's leading supplier of advanced products and services in the field of agriculture and forestry. The company also has made considerable progress in the field of global financial services and other fields. The company is subordinate to engineering machinery factory, engine factory, tractor factory and product research and development center. Headquartered in Illinois, is the center of American agriculture Maureen. The case has set up investment companies in 11 countries, whose products are sold to more than 160 countries and ranked among the top five hundred in the world. Based on transaction cost theory and principal-agent theory, this paper analyzes the financial outsourcing of JD company; the income and risk analysis of financial outsourcing; finally analyzes the implementation process of the case company, analyzes the scope of financial outsourcing, determines the stakeholders of financial outsourcing and Interest-related communications strategies, stakeholders mainly convert employees and outsourcing service providers in the management process, and outsource management, including outsourced conversion management, outsourcing conversion, and outsourced service management after outsourcing. By analyzing the status quo of financial management, according to the company's growth characteristics and development stage, identify the existing problems and propose corresponding outsourcing strategies. According to the development of China's service outsourcing market, the necessity of corporate finance outsourcing is pointed out. The purpose is to design a financial outsourcing plan for the company to solve the company's financial management issues. The main methods adopted in this paper are: based on case studies, using foreign-funded enterprises as a case, in-depth analysis of the company's financial difficulties, and put forward the corresponding financial outsourcing ideas and implementation models. This article has a strong practical significance, which can provide reference for the financial outsourcing schemes of large foreign enterprises. By applying the theory into practice, this paper provides ideas for the financial outsourcing of foreign-capital enterprises and designs the financial outsourcing plan of foreign-capital enterprises.
