中文摘要：	摘要 目前国际上邮轮旅游的发展已比较成熟，而在我国，邮轮旅游才刚刚起步。但是当前中国邮轮旅游面临着良好的发展机遇，大量豪华邮轮在我国港口靠泊，许多城市的邮轮港口建设也已经进入实质性阶段。伴随机遇而来的是对我国各港口接待能力的巨大挑战。为了提升我国邮轮旅游港口接待水平，本文尝试性地分析与探究影响其水平的因素，在相关理论与现实基础上构建了我国邮轮旅游港口接待体系，并进一步探索其优化措施问题。 供应链管理强调强强联合、资源整合和整体运作，对客观上已经存在的旅游服务分工协作的系统及旅游供应链的运作管理可以提供理念的启发、理论的指导和方法的参照，这对于邮轮旅游这种与相关产业关联度极高的产业来说有着天然的适用性。同时，邮轮旅游的接待不仅涉及到邮轮旅游者的接待，同时对邮轮本身这一巨大的“客人”的接待也应该纳入邮轮旅游港口接待的体系当中。因此，在邮轮旅游港口接待供应链的范畴中，应该同时包含基于邮轮旅游者需求的旅游供应链与基于邮轮本身需求的一般意义上的供应链。 基于以上认识，本文试图将供应链管理以及旅游供应链管理的理念及方法应用到我国邮轮旅游港口接待中，以期能够对我国邮轮旅游的发展起到前瞻性的借鉴作用。 本文首先在对邮轮旅游、供应链管理以及旅游供应链管理研究现状进行归纳和分析的基础上，提出本文选题的理论和现实意义，并说明本文的研究方法和行文框架。其次对邮轮旅游、供应链管理以及旅游供应链的相关概念、特征及管理理念进行了深入地分析与研究，为后文相应体系的构建奠定理论基础。接下来对我国发展邮轮旅游的潜力及影响港口接待水平的因素予以阐释，其目的在于为下一步探索我国港口接待体系的应有模式提供现实基础。在以上理论及现实基础上，探讨了港口接待供应链的范畴，而后分别构建了邮轮整修系统与港口目的地供应系统，同时对其内部供应链管理机制进行了探讨；之后基于上述供应链的各节点中的关键因素构建了邮轮产业支持系统。上述三个系统、一个机制共同构成了我国邮轮旅游港口接待体系。在研究该体系结构的基础上，本文进一步探讨了该体系的优化措施。最后的案例部分通过分析邮轮旅游发展最为成熟的迈阿密港探讨邮轮母港的成因；通过分析中国邮轮旅游的先驱之一——天津港更深入的了解我国邮轮旅游港口的发展现状。同时前者对后者也有很多有益的借鉴。
英文摘要：	Abstract At present, the development of international cruise tourism has been mature. While in China, cruise tourism has just started. However, cruise tourism in China is faced with good opportunities: a large number of luxury cruise paid a visit to harbors in China, and the cruise port construction of many cities has entered a substantive stage. With opportunities, there is a great challenge to China’s port receptions ability. In order to foster an orderly and sound development of cruise tourism in our country, this thesis attempts to analyze and explore construction concept, structure and optimizing measures of cruise port receptions system. Supply chain management (SCM) emphasizes power-and-power union, resources integration and the overall operation, which could provide inspiration to concept, guidance to theory and reference to methods for objectively existing tourism services division coordination system and the operation of tourism supply chain management (TSCM). It has a natural applicability to cruise tourism which has strong industrial connections. At the same time, the reception of cruise liners is not only related to the reception of tourists, but also to the cruise itself, the enormous "guest" should also be included in the reception services system. Therefore, the supply chain of reception in ports should contain tourism supply chain based on the needs of cruise tourists and the supply chain based on the cruise itself. Based on the above, this thesis tries to have ideas and methods of SCM and TSCM used to the reception services in ports in China, with a view to the role of forward-looking draw of the development of China's cruise tourism. Firstly, on the research situation of cruise tourism, SCM and TSCM, the academic and realistic significance of the selected theme was illuminated, and the research method and framework was showed. Secondly, in-depth analysis and research was made on the related concept and the development law of cruise tourism, and the connotation, characteristics and management concepts etc. of SCM and TSCM were articulated. These aspects above are theory basis of the corresponding system to construct. Then the potential and influencing factors of port reception of cruise tourism in China were analyzed. The aim of it is to provide a factual basis for the port reception system. Based on the theory above, combining with the actual development of our cruise, the cruise refurbished system as well as the destination port supply system was constructed, and the internal mechanism of SCM was discussed. Afterward, on the base of the key factors of each node in both of the supply chains, a cruise industrial support system was constructed. These three systems and a mechanism constitute the cruise port receptions system in China. According to the structure of the system, this thesis further discussed the system optimization measures. Lastly, through analyzing the most mature port of cruise tourism -- the Port of Miami, the causes of formation of home port was explored. Through analyzing China's one of the pioneers of the cruise tourism -- the Tianjin Port, a better understanding of the development of the cruise port in China was shown. At the same time, the former on the latter there are many useful lessons.
