| 中文摘要: | 共享服务诞生于20世纪80年代初期,美国福特汽车公司建立了全球第一家财务共享中心;随后20多年的时间里,Moto、辉瑞制药、埃森哲等大型跨国企业陆续建立了自己的财务共享服务中心并取得了显著的效果。财务共享在西方企业的成功应用引起了中国企业的关注,2005年中兴通讯成为建立财务共享中心的第一家中国企业,之后,陆续有众多中国大型企业建立了自己的财务共享服务中心。财务共享是一种将分散于各业务单位、重复性高、易于标准化的财务业务进行流程再造与标准化处理,集中和整合到一个组织(财务共享服务中心)统一进行处理,以促进企业集中有限的资源和精力专注于自身核心业务,创建和保持长期竞争优势,并达到降低成本、提升客户满意度、改进服务质量、提升业务处理效率目的的作业管理模式。本文以Z公司财务共享中心的构建、运营及资金管理存在问题为研究对象进行案例研究,并结合共享中心在我国部分企业的应用情况,给出了Z公司财务共享模式下资金管理优化的方向。本文主要采用案例研究法,辅助以文献研究法对该案例进行剖析。论文主要包括五个部分,第一部分详细描述了本文研究的背景、意义、研究现状、论文结构与创新点;第二部分介绍了共享服务和财务共享服务的概念界定、资金管理的定义与模式、财务共享的主要理论以及资金管理的理论;第三部分介绍了案例企业的基本情况、Z公司共享中心建设的背景及目的、运营现状及资金管理方面存在的三个问题;第四部分针对Z公司财务共享模式下资金管理存在的三大问题,结合我国企业实际情况给出了对应的优化措施;第五部分总结得出财务共享模式下资金管理相应的结论,并对财务共享模式下资金管理未来的发展趋势进行展望。相信本文的研究会对财务共享在国内中型企业的应用具有参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Shared services were born in the early 1980s, and Ford Motor Company established the world's first financial sharing center; Over the next 20 years, Moto, Pfizer, Accenture and other large multinational companies have established their own financial shared service centers and achieved remarkable results. The successful application of financial sharing in Western companies has attracted the attention of Chinese companies. In 2005, ZTE became the first Chinese company to establish a financial sharing center. Later, many large Chinese enterprises established their own financial sharing service centers. Financial sharing is a process of reengineering and standardizing financial business that is dispersed in various business units, highly reproducible and easy to standardize, centralized and integrated into an organization (financial shared service center) for unified processing to promote limited concentration of enterprises. Resources and energy focus on its core business, create and maintain long-term competitive advantage, and achieve a job management model that reduces costs, improves customer satisfaction, improves service quality, and improves business processing efficiency. This paper takes the problems of the construction, operation and fund management of Z company's financial sharing center as the research object, and combines the application situation of the sharing center in some enterprises in China, and gives the direction of fund management optimization under the Z company financial sharing mode. This paper mainly uses the case study method to assist in the analysis of the case by the literature research method. The thesis mainly includes five parts. The first part describes in detail the background, significance, research status, structure and innovation of the research. The second part introduces the concept definition of shared services and financial sharing services, the definition and mode of fund management, the main theory of financial sharing and the theory of fund management;The third part introduces the basic situation of the case enterprise, the background and purpose of Z company sharing center construction, three problems in operation and operation and fund management; The fourth part is aimed at the three major problems of fund management under Z company financial sharing mode, and corresponding optimization measures are given in combination with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises. The fifth part summarizes the corresponding conclusions of fund management under the financial sharing mode, and forecasts the future development trend of fund management under the financial sharing mode. I believe that the research in this paper will have reference value for the application of financial sharing in domestic medium-sized enterprises. | |
