中文摘要:在国家发展进步的大趋势下,企业的发展和管理进步十分明显,企业的内外部运营环境在持续发生变化,这一切的因素都对企业的人力资源管理工作提出了极高的要求,企业的一切经营活动均离不开人力资源去推动实施,因此企业的用工管理工作就显得尤为重要。劳务派遣作为企业日常用工的一种重要形式,对企业的用工管理带来了一定的影响。随着运营环境的不断变化,为了更好的应对企业运营管理中的各种不确定性和劳务派遣工作带来的影响,用工形式的选择和策略制定实施变得十分关键。 本文通过对LS公司的典型案例研究,分析劳务派遣对企业用工形式的影响,并对如何制定有效的应对策略进行研究。本文的研究成果,通过在LS公司的实践,切实为解决LS公司当前用工形式管理方面的窘境起到了积极作用。本文首先对劳务派遣、用工形式等经典理论进行研究,然后利用理论知识的分析将LS公司的管理实际进行呈现,尤其是对劳务派遣在LS公司的用工形式管理实践中造成的影响进行分析,抓住产生影响的主要问题进行深刻剖析,发现问题产生的根本原因,综合劳务派遣管理实践、用工形式管理的前沿理论并结合企业的实际情况提出应对策略,最后给出论文的结论和未来展望。 
英文摘要:Under the general trend of national development and progress, the development and management progress of enterprises is obvious, and the internal and external environment of enterprises is constantly changing. All these factors put forward extremely high requirements for the human resources management of enterprises, and all business activities are inseparable from human resources to promote implementation, thus the employment management of enterprises is particularly important. Labor dispatch is an important form of daily employment for enterprises, which has a certain impact on the employment management of enterprises. As the operating environment continues to change, in order to better cope with the various uncertainties in the operation and management of the enterprise and the impact of labor dispatch work, the choice of employment forms and strategy formulation becomes critical. Through the typical case study of LS Company, this thesis analyzes the impact of labor dispatch on the employment form of enterprises, and studies how to formulate effective coping strategies. The research results of this thesis have played an active role in solving the dilemma of LS's current employment form management through the verification of LS Company. Firstly, this thesis studies the classic theories such as labor dispatch and employment form, and then uses the analysis of theories to present the actual management of LS Company, especially the analysis of the impact of labor dispatch on the practice of LS Company's employment form management. This thesis deeply analyzes the main problems which have impacts and finds out the root causes of the problems. Combining labor dispatch management practice, the frontier theory of employment form management, and the actual situation of the enterprise, this thesis puts forward coping strategies. Also the conclusions and future research are given at the end.
