中文摘要: | 研究S公司智慧物流的构建,对该公司和相关企业和行业有重要意义。随着物流业的发展,政府和企业都在寻求如何降低物流成本,提升物流效率的方法。伴随着互联网+、中国制造2025、工业4.0等概念的提出,以及传统物流业在发展的同时面临着过剩产能、过剩库存、过高杠杆等供给侧结构性矛盾,各方均大力推进物流业转型升级和创新发展,智慧物流正是对物流业的“供给侧结构改革”。智慧物流是通过大数据、云计算、人工智能、智能硬件等智慧化技术与手段,提高物流、供应链系统思维、感知、学习、分析决策和智能执行的能力,提升整个物流系统的智能化、自动化水平,从而推动中国物流的发展,降低社会物流成本、提高效率。 S公司作为国内物流行业的领头羊,若想要引领行业,务必要发展智慧物流,打造行业综合解决方案能力,构建数字化、智能化、解决方案的科技型企业。 早期S公司作为一家传统的物流公司,其公司愿景是成为最值得信赖的速运公司,为客户安全、准确送达包裹是业务目标。面对技术革新、政策与市场变化,以及内部运营管理上的问题,S公司提出了构建智慧大脑,并明确在新形势下的战略目标:“科技改变物流,物流改变生活”,将智慧物流应用在物流和快递的每个业务流程环节。此篇论文主要分为五大部分,首先是对本文研究中主要运用的理论进行分析。本篇论文用到了企业战略理论、物流管理理论以及智慧物流理论。之后对S公司的现状及存在的问题进行分析。在分析的结果上探索构建智慧物流企业的目标和内容,并将智慧物流与传统物流、国际智慧物流进行对比分析,再提出S公司构建智慧物流企业在信息化和组织、人才、企业文化建设上的三大保障措施。最后提出结论与展望。 S公司通过科技的手段构建智慧物流,在基于大数据、人工智能、物联网、机器学习、智能设备等技术的综合应用,解决了一部分在人力成本、效率提升、机器解放双手、人工智能助力决策、智能设备汇集数据等方面的问题,大幅降低运输成本、人力成本,促进内部管理效能提升、客户服务体验提升,也促进中国物流行业进入智能化、可视化、精细化、数字化的新时代,提升运作效率,助力上下游产业价值升级。物流已经不是简单的货物传递,而是融入科技,加入智能化成分,由物流将相关链条的企业、商品、人融通在一起,进而实现让科技改变物流,物流改变生活。 关键词:智慧物流;互联网+;S公司 | |
英文摘要: | The study of S company’s constructing smart logistics has significant meaning to company itself, related companies and the full industry. With the development of logistics industry, the government and enterprises are looking for ways to reduce logistics cost and improve logistics efficiency. Under the concept of "Internet +", "Made in China 2025" and "Industry 4.0", Traditional logistics companies are still facing many conflicts and issues: excessive production capacity, over inventory and overleveraging etc. Intelligent logistics is to enhance the supply chain system’s thinking, perception, learning, analysis and decision-making and intelligent execution process through smart technologies and means such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, intelligent hardware, etc., and improve the intelligence of the entire logistics system,promoting the level of the automation development of China's logistics, also reducing social logistics costs and improving efficiency. S company, as the leader of the domestic logistics industry, is necessary to develop smart logistics, build industry comprehensive solution capabilities, and build digital, intelligent, and solution-oriented technology-based enterprises, so as to lead the industry development. As a traditional logistics company in early time, S Company's vision is to become the most trustworthy rapid transport company. The business goal is to deliver packages to customers safely and accurately. Faced with technology revolution, policy changes, market changes, faced with internal management challenges, Company identifies and clarifies the strategic transformation goal in the new situation: "Science and technology change logistics and logistics changes life" This thesis is mainly divided into five parts. First, it analyzes the main theories used in this thesis. This thesis uses the enterprise strategy theory, logistics management theory and smart logistics theory. Then, the status quo and existing problems of S Company were analyzed. The thesis also explores the objectives and content of the transformation in the analysis results, and analyzes three major measures of S Company's transformation to smart logistics Internet +. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are presented. In general, S company aims to construct smart logistics through technology method, to make machines free hands, let artificial intelligence help decision-making, and let smart devices collect data sources based on the comprehensive application of big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of things, machine learning, smart devices and other technologies. The essential purpose is to reduce logistics cost and labor cost, continuously improve internal efficiency and customer experience Furthermore, it helps China logistics industry enter a new era of intelligence, visualization, refinement and digitization, improving operational efficiency and helping to upgrade the value of upstream and downstream industries.
