中文摘要:在新的内外部环境下,通过市场营销相关理论总结和分析哈希公司产品的现状及营销问题。基于市场营销相关理论进行营销战略的优化研究。本文以哈希公司为研究对象,通过基于市场营销相关理论进行了设计营销战略的实际应用,探讨销售管理手段的优化选择。 随着中国经济发展趋于稳定,越来越多的外资企业面临着市场份额下降,消费者忠诚度下降以及行业竞争加剧的趋势。基于这种背景情况下,本文研究了哈希公司在中国市场的销售管理手段,为哈希公司在中国市场的销售管理优化提供了指导作用,为外企企业在中国市场的销售管理优化也起到借鉴作用。 根据营销的产品、价格、渠道和促销,政治,经济,技术和环境以及波特五力等模型分析了哈希公司水质分析设备的销售问题。具体问题包括产品定价过高、销售团队比较僵化等问题结合哈希公司水质分析设备的的销售问题,最终整理出哈希公司销售管理的优化的核心内容就是政策、人员、效率、过程为核心的4个优化,希望通过这四个方面的优化能够驱动哈希公司的业务在未来能不断发展 同时通过本次研究发现,西方的有效管理工具如DBS和手段是能够和中国的市场和文化相契合的,能够在国内的相关领域取得有效的应用国内的仪器仪表生产企业也也能借鉴DBS中的先进管理思路和管理方法进行管理优化。  
英文摘要:In the new internal and external environment, through the marketing theory to summarize and analyze the status of Hach's products and marketing problems. Based on marketing theory, the optimization of marketing strategy is studied. In this paper, Hach Company as the research object, through the marketing theory based on the practical application of marketing strategy design, explore the optimization of marketing strategy choice. With the stabilization of China's economic development, more and more foreign-funded enterprises are facing the trend of declining market share, decreasing consumer loyalty and intensifying industry competition. Based on this background, this paper studies Hach's marketing strategy in China market, which provides guidance for Hash's marketing strategy in China market, and also plays a reference role for foreign enterprises'marketing strategy in China market. The marketing problems of Hach's water quality analysis equipment are analyzed according to the product, price, channel and promotion of marketing, politics, economy, technology and environment, and Porter's Five Forces model. Specific issues include high product pricing, sales team is relatively rigid and other issues combined with Hach water quality analysis equipment marketing issues, finally sorted out Hach company sales management optimization of the core content is the policy, personnel, efficiency, process as the core of the four optimization, hoping that through these four aspects of optimization can be. The business of hashing will continue to develop in the future. At the same time, through this study found that effective management tools and means in the West can be in line with China's market and culture, and can be effectively applied in related fields in China. China's instrument manufacturers can also learn from the advanced management ideas and methods in DBS for management optimization.
