中文摘要:随着全球经济环境的剧烈变化,任何行业的企业几乎无法拥有一把万能钥匙能长期适用于企业的可持续发展道路。企业要想在日益激烈的竞争市场及不断变化的社会环境中站稳脚跟,获得竞争优势,必须以企业整体为研究对象,根据自身及环境的情况制定企业发展战略。 本文以企业发展战略为研究主题,以A公司为具体研究对象,对其发展战略进行探究。论文首先对A发展战略研究的背景、意义作了阐述,简要概括了企业战略的相关理论知识,同时,对相关专业学者在该领域的研究成果进行评述。然后通过对A公司的调研,获取其发展过程中的资源和能力,从而获得其发展所拥有的优势和劣势。接着论文利用PEST和波特五力模型对A公司的外部环境进行了分析,并获取了其发展所面临的机遇和挑战。最后基于企业战略层级理论,利用SWOT法为其构建了总体发展战略;利用QSPM法为其制定了智能层战略;从人力资源管理、品牌建设等方面提出了相应的业务层战略。 通过本文的研究可以看出,A公司面临的优势表现为人力资源充足、管理体系健全、品牌声誉较好、资本运营状况良好和研发实力雄厚;其劣势表现为复合型人才储备不足、战略执行力不强、运营成本压力较大等;其机遇表现为:国内经济的快速发展,增加了A公司产品营销的潜在市场空间、外部经济环境利于并购产业链相关企业。其威胁表现为:人力成本增加、传统市场领域竞争的加剧以及市场对产品差异化需求的增加。基于当前A公司发展的内外环境,本文通过利用SWOT法,确定了其的总体发展战略应选择稳定型WO战略:维持现有市场占有率,小幅度拓展新市场;提高工程项目的管理水平;增加A公司的人才储备;尝试丰富A公司的主营业务内容。经QSPM评估,确定了A公司的职能层战略为:可选择以差异化为主兼顾集中化的竞争战略。在集中于铁路指挥调度通信行业市场的同时,实施深化应用技术的产品和运维服务的差异化,巩固并发展既有客户市场,不断增加其市场占有量。A公司业务层战略:为了更好的促进A公司发展战略的实施,本文从人力资源培养、品牌建设、售后服务能力提升等内容。  
英文摘要:With the dramatic changes in the global economic environment, enterprises in any industry can hardly have a universal key that can be applied to the sustainable development of enterprises for a long time. In order to gain a firm foothold and competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce competitive market and changing social environment, enterprises must take the whole enterprise as the research object and formulate enterprise development strategy according to their own and environmental conditions. This paper takes the enterprise development strategy as the research theme and company A as the specific research object to explore its development strategy. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of A development strategy research, briefly summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge of enterprise strategy, and comments on the research results of relevant professional scholars in this field. Then, through the investigation of A company, we can obtain the resources and capabilities in the process of its development, so as to gain the advantages and disadvantages of its development. Then the paper uses PEST and Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the external environment of Company A, and obtains the opportunities and challenges facing its development. Finally, based on the theory of enterprise strategic hierarchy, SWOT method is used to construct the overall development strategy; QSPM method is used to formulate the intelligent layer strategy; and the corresponding business layer strategy is put forward from the aspects of human resources management and brand building. Through the research of this paper, we can see that the advantages A company faces are abundant human resources, sound management system, good brand reputation, good capital operation and strong Ramped strength; its disadvantages are insufficient reserve of compound talents, weak strategic execution, and greater pressure on operating costs; and its opportunities are manifested as follows. The rapid development of domestic economy has increased the potential market space and external economic environment of company A's product marketing, which is conducive to the merger and acquisition of related enterprises in the industrial chain. The threats are as follows: the increase of labor costs, the intensification of competition in traditional market areas and the increase of market demand for product differentiation. Based on the current internal and external environment of company A's development, this paper uses SWOT method to determine that the overall development strategy of company A should choose stable WO strategy: maintain the existing market share, expand the new market by a small margin; improve the level of project management; increase the talent reserve of company A; and try to enrich the main business content of company A. . Through QSPM evaluation, the function stratagem of A company is determined as follows: the competitive strategy of differentiation as the main factor and centralization as the main factor. While concentrating on the market of railway command and dispatch communication industry, we should deepen the differentiation of applied technology products and operation and maintenance services, consolidate and develop the existing customer market, and constantly increase its market share.
