中文摘要: | 人类的发展史某种意义上说就是科技创新史,科技的重大进步往往能引领一个新时代的到来。近年来,在整个大环境特别是创新创业的号召以及海外人才的大力引进下,科技创新有所改善并朝着真正自主创新的道路大步迈进,自主研发开始受重视,高科技人才开始提高待遇,科技创新创业成为时髦,核心技术研发逐渐从科研院所走入企业,从海外走入国内,无论是效率还是效果都显著提高,大量创新创业型科技企业雨后春笋,甚至出现行业龙头、独角兽甚至上市公司,在利益的驱动下,有了良性循环。但是,随着资本的驱动节奏加快以及经验的缺乏,逐渐暴露出很多问题,中西文化的差异、传统与创新的冲突导致企业没有形成很好地创新文化,导致资源浪费、创新难以落地以及企业难以壮大等问题。如果没有有效解决或缓解,良性循环终究会难以持久,对企业加剧死亡速度,对行业增加成长成本,对国家降低核心竞争力。 本文重点研究科技型创业企业尤其是海归创业类科技企业企业文化建设,首先阐述基本的企业文化理论包括创新型文化理论、企业生命周期理论、企业文化四层次理论、SWOT理论等,然后以H公司从成立到发展壮大的历程为案例展开研究。分析初创型科技企业对企业文化的特殊需求点,结合其企业文化的现状,剖析其存在的问题并对其原因进行解析。在此基础上,提出科技创业型企业企业文化建设的优劣势,以及企业文化建设的认知与思路,最终解决如何建设符合创业型科技企业早期企业文化建设的问题,具体研究方案如下:首先,对研究背景以及研究意义进行详细介绍,并对企业文化相关理论以及国内外研究现状做了细致的分析。其次,根据公司基本情况以及企业文化现状,对其中所存在的问题和取得的成果进行阐述,并对其成因进行分析。然后,在明确了基本原则以及方法的前提下,完善相应的对应策略。最后,为保障策略的顺利实施,对具体的实施方法进行了设计,并提出相应的保障建议。 | |
英文摘要: | The history of human development is, in a sense, the history of scientific and technological innovation, and the great progress of science and technology can often lead to a new era. In recent years, under the call of the whole environment, especially the call for innovation and entrepreneurship and the great introduction of overseas talents, scientific and technological innovation has improved and stride forward to the road of true independent innovation, and independent R & D has begun to receive attention. Hi-tech personnel began to improve their treatment, scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship became fashionable, core technology research and development gradually moved from scientific research institutes to enterprises and from overseas to domestic countries.
