| 中文摘要: | 当前物联网正成为推动全世界经济增长的重要新兴产业,在全球各个国家战略引导及迅猛增长的市场驱动下,全球物联网应用发展呈现加速状态,物联网将信息化与传统制造业走向深度融合,潜移默化的改变着我们的生活。中国信息化技术走在全球的前列,2010年10月18日国务院正式将物联网列为国家战略发展的首批加快培育的七个战略新兴产业之一,是中国物联网产业发展具有里程碑意义的事件。 经过几年的发展,物联网垂直细分应用领域出现大量的市场机会,本文的诊断对象JT物联科技公司就是一家典型的物联网垂直应用领域中小型物联网企业。JT物联科技公司专注于为全球移动资产管理提供行业垂直应用解决方案供应和运营服务。这几年JT物联公司业绩随着物联网风口经营业绩取得较大的增长,但在这个寡头垄断、大鱼吃小鱼、快鱼吃慢鱼的时代,JT物联公司也是如履薄冰,担心稍有不慎就会被市场抛弃。因此在物联网蓬勃发展大背景下,如何在细分市场快速做大做强,成为JT物联科技公司当务之急。 本文将应用战略管理理对JT物联公司外部宏观环境、竞争环境进行分析, 并应用SWOT、波士顿矩阵对JT物联公司内部环境进行分析诊断,发现企业在战略执行和执行过程中存在的问题,并提出针对性的改善意见。 本文的意义在于运用科学的分析方法诊断企业在战略中存在的问题,并为企业决策提供科的分析数据,为JT物联科技公司提供快速扩张的战略方针,实现企业长期持续稳定经营的目标。 | |
| 英文摘要: | At present, IoT is the important emerging industry to promote global economy growth. Driven by strategies and booming market of every nations, development on IoT application witnesses a faster pace. IoT leads information and traditional manufacturing to a deeper integration, which unconsciously change our lives. Globally, China is a leading player in IT. State Council officially listed IoT as national strategy’s first batch of nurturing one of seven strategic emerging industries on October 18th,2010,.,which was a mile stone for China’s development on IoT industry. With years’ development, countless market opportunities appeared on application of vertical subdivision for IoT. Diagnostic object of this passage -- Jointech-- is a typical SEM in vertical subdivision for IoT. Management on mobile assets and supplier of vertical IoT application solution and service have been Jointech’s focus for years. During these years, rapid business performance was achieved along with IoT development for Jointech. But in this era of oligopoly, big fish eating small fish, fast fish eating slow fish, Jointech is just like dancing on a thin ice, fearing that we will be rejected by this changing market. The top priority for Jointech is how to expand the market share quickly. Strategic management will be used in this passage to analyze general environment and competitive environment outside the company. SWOT and BCG Matrix will be applied to diagnose enterprises interior environment to discover problems during strategy implementation and to advise accordingly. The meaning lies in this passage is to apply scientific research to diagnose problems during strategy implementation and to offer analysis data for enterprise policy maker,which will offer strategic guide of quick expansion for Jointech to achieve the goal of sustainable development. | |
