| 中文摘要: | 在知识经济大潮中,知识管理是企业生存、维持竞争力必不可少的基础性要素。在知识管理实践中,知识共享是知识管理成功实施的关键,也是一个难点。而企业知识的主体——隐性知识是知识共享关注的重点,然而,企业隐性知识共享的实现要远难于显性知识共享,究其原因多种多样,本文认为社会认知对企业隐性知识共享的影响是一个主要原因。若要提高企业隐性知识共享程度,就必须了解影响企业隐性知识共享的各种社会认知因素,以便有针对性地对企业隐性知识共享进行优化。 本文首先从社会认知层面入手,以自我效能理论和结果期望理论为基础,对影响企业隐性知识共享的社会认知因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的研究假设。然后,采用问卷调查的方式,采集企业中关于隐性知识共享的数据,并以隐性知识共享为因变量,以社会认知因素为自变量,对影响企业隐性知识共享的社会认知因素进行实证分析。通过对样本数据的整理和分析,本文得出如下结论:员工自我效能感对企业隐性知识共享有显著的正向影响;外在结果期望对企业隐性知识共享有显著的正向影响;内在结果期望对企业隐性知识共享有显著的正向影响。最后,本文根据实证分析的结果,从增强员工自我效能感、提高外在结果期望和提高内在结果期望三个角度提出了优化企业隐性知识共享的具体对策。 目前,对企业隐性知识共享的影响因素的实证研究比较少,而从社会认知角度进行的研究则更少。本文的成果体现在:提出了影响企业隐性知识共享的社会认知因素模型,并对模型中的各个社会认知因素对企业隐性知识共享的影响进行了验证;在实证研究的基础上,提出了企业隐性知识共享优化对策。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Knowledge management has been recognized as one of the most important basic essential elements for enterprises to keep competitiveness in the information society. Knowledge sharing is the key to the implementation of knowledge management in knowledge management practice, and it is also a difficulty. And enterprise tacit knowledge which is the major part of enterprise knowledge has got much attention. However, tacit knowledge sharing is more difficult than explicit knowledge sharing. This thesis argues that the influence of social cognition on tacit knowledge sharing should be a major reason for this. So it is necessary to understand the influence of social cognitive factors on tacit knowledge sharing, in order to optimize enterprise tacit knowledge sharing. Firstly, starting from the perspective of social cognition, this thesis analyzes social cognitive factors which have influence on enterprise tacit knowledge sharing based on the self-efficacy theory and the outcome expectancy theory, and proposes corresponding research hypotheses. Secondly, with a questionnaire survey, data of tacit knowledge sharing in enterprises is collected. This thesis takes tacit knowledge sharing as the dependent variable, and takes social cognitive factors as independent variables. Then an empirical analysis of social cognitive factors is made. Through the collection and analysis of sample data, this thesis gets conclusions that employee’s sense of self-efficacy, extrinsic outcome expectancy and intrinsic outcome expectancy all have significant positive influence on tacit knowledge sharing. Finally, in order to enhance the employee’s sense of self-efficacy and raise the outcome expectancy, this thesis proposes specific measures to optimize enterprise tacit knowledge sharing based on the results of the empirical analysis. At present, there are few empirical studies about factors which have influence on enterprise tacit knowledge sharing, especially from the perspective of social cognitive study of tacit knowledge sharing. This thesis presents the model of social cognitive factors which have influence on enterprise tacit knowledge sharing, and verifies factors of the model; in the basis of empirical research, this thesis proposes optimized measures for enterprise tacit knowledge sharing. | |
