中文摘要：	医药行业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,由传统产业与现代产业相结合,被称为永不衰落的朝阳行业。医药流通行业是连接上游药品生产与下游零售终端的枢纽，从计划经济到市场经济我国的医药流通行业经过五十多年的发展历程，已经逐步走向经营方式现代化和产权多元化的道路，形成了一定的行业规模。中国人口城市化、老龄化以及人民健康意识的不断增强促使对医药的需求持续增长，而政府方面对医疗的不断投入提供了可以满足其需求的资金。“十三五”将成为医药行业发展的关键时期，我国的医药流通行业在市场和行业政策的双重作用下将迎来一场史无前例的大洗牌。本文通过研究近年来出台的相关政策、法规，结合医药流通的发展历程、发展状况，对我国医药流通企业发展模式分析如下： 第一部分为绪论，主要讲述了此论文研究的背景及意义，国内国外研究的现状以及研究的主要方法和工具。 第二部分为相关的理论与实践研究综述，此部分主要针对本论文中用到的相关理论及企业战略管理理论进行阐述。 第三部分主要是对中国医药流通产业的变革历程进行了研究，介绍了医药流通产业的定义、发展历程及目前发展状况，在此基础上利用PEST分析方法对中国医药流通产业宏观经济环境进行了分析，介绍了医药流通行业新的发展模式，并指出中国医药流通产业发展的变化。 第四部分是论文的重点章节，本章节通过用SWOT分析、迈克尔?波特的五力模型对医药流通行业内外部发展的环境进行分析，且基于论文前三部分内容，结合九州通的商业模式画布图，对医药流通的运营模式进行了具体的设计。 第五部分是在前面完成对医药流通企业的商业模式设计的前提下，结合在九州通的工作经历对实现新商业模式提出几点合理化的建议，为医药流通企业发展提供一定的参照。
英文摘要：	The pharmaceutical industry is an important part of the national economy of China, which combines traditional industry with modern industry. The pharmaceutical circulation industry is a hub connecting the upstream pharmaceutical production and the downstream retail terminal. After more than 50 years of development from the planned economy to the market economy, China's pharmaceutical circulation industry has gradually become a modernized operation mode and diversified property rights, forming a certain scale of the industry. China's urbanization, aging population and the increasing awareness of people's health have led to a sustained increase in the demand for medicine, and the government's continuous investment in medical care can meet its needs. The 13th five-year plan will be a critical period for the development of the pharmaceutical industry, and China's pharmaceutical circulation industry will embrace an unprecedented big reshuffle under the dual role of market and industrial policies. By studying relevant policies and regulations issued in recent years and combining the development process and development status of pharmaceutical circulation, this paper analyzes the development mode of China's pharmaceutical circulation enterprises as follows: The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the background and significance of this paper's research, the current situation of domestic and foreign research as well as the main methods and innovation points of the research. The second part is a review of relevant theories and practices. This part mainly elaborates relevant theories and enterprise strategic management theories used in this paper. The third part is mainly to the change course of Chinese medicine circulation industry are studied, this paper introduces the definition of medicine circulation industry, the development course and the present development situation, on the basis of the use of PEST analysis method of Chinese medicine circulation industry analyzes the macroeconomic environment, this paper introduces the new medicine circulation industry development mode, and points out that the change of the development of Chinese medicine circulation industry. The fourth part is the key chapter of the paper. This chapter analyzes the internal and external development environment of the pharmaceutical circulation industry through SWOT analysis and Michael porter's five forces model. Based on the first three parts of the paper, this part USES the canvas map of business model to design the operation mode of pharmaceutical circulation. The fifth part, on the premise of completing the business model design for pharmaceutical circulation enterprises, puts forward some reasonable Suggestions for realizing the new business model, and provides certain reference for the development of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises.
