中文摘要:近几年来,我国企业发展面临着来自国内外经济环境变化导致的严峻挑战,一方面是在经济全球化、经济网络化的趋势下的竞争日益激烈,企业经营面临着复杂性和不确定性;另一方面在于互联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等信息技术变革对传统企业集团的发展产生了冲击,传统消费需求模式逐渐向个性化消费转变,影响着我国企业发展战略的制定与实施。为此,我国企业集团所面临的一个重要问题就是如何提高企业集团内部各个单元、业务部门、子公司之间的协同,进而提高企业集团整体的经营绩效。企业集团业务协同是企业创造竞争力的一个重要来源,也是降低集团整体经营成本的重要渠道。在互联网等信息技术变革和应用的背景下,以ZX、光大、平安为代表的综合性集团的协同发展面临新的机遇和调整期。为探索ZX等综合性集团内部业务协同发展的动力机制和具体实施路径,本文通过对集团内部业务协同相关文献的梳理发现,学者从理论和实践层面均很少涉及利用最新的信息技术完成对协同管理模式的创新研究,更没有形成一个以信息技术平台为依托的实现集团内部业务协同机制有效运行的理论和可实行的措施。因此,本文研究的主要内容是,在前沿信息技术变革和应用的背景下,从集团的内外部环境、组织和业务形态等方面特点出发,结合协同战略理论、协同管理信息技术理论等,尤其是在波特构建价值链的驱动因素分析的指导下,从横链协同和纵链协同两种业务协同方式入手,以综合性集团ZX为例,对其内部业务协同的现状进行了阐述,对该集团协同发展的必要性进行了分析,探讨了ZX集团横链业务协同和纵链业务协同两大协同种类,并结合基于知识角度的集团业务协同创新机理分析了ZX集团业务协同的动力机制。最后,围绕着ZX集团业务协同发展的关键突破口——ZX集团业务协同的信息化建设与组织变革,从构建统一的信息化业务协同平台的内涵、信息化业务协同平台架构设计与实施原则、业务协同中的组织变革三个层面,对ZX集团在信息技术变革背景下的业务协同发展进行了实施路径和原则的探讨。本文以ZX集团业务协同为例,分析该集团公司业务协同情况,借鉴其业务协同有效模式的经验,并探索本领域的信息化技术改进协同效率的机制和路径,为我国综合性企业集团进一步协同发展和优化提供可供借鉴的指导经验,因此本文的研究具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。 
英文摘要:In recent years, the development of Chinese enterprises has faced severe challenges arising from changes in the economic environment at home and abroad. On the one hand, competition in the trend of economic globalization and economic networking has become increasingly fierce, and business operations are faced with complexity and uncertainty; On the other hand, information technology changes such as the Internet, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence have had an impact on the development of traditional enterprise groups. The trend of diversified and personalized consumer demand has affected the development strategy of enterprises. Improving the overall development level and innovation ability is the key to the development of integrated enterprise groups. A prominent problem faced by Chinese enterprise groups in the current process of innovation and development is to ignore the synergy between the various subsidiaries and business units within the enterprise group. , thus affecting the overall innovation performance of the enterprise group. Collaboration within the group is an important source of competitiveness for the company and an important channel for reducing the overall operating costs of the group. At present, most comprehensive group companies lack comprehensive and systematic understanding and synergy in the process of innovation. In the context of the transformation and application of information technology such as the Internet, the coordinated development of comprehensive groups represented by ZX, Everbright and Ping An faces new opportunities and adjustment periods. In order to explore the dynamic mechanism and specific implementation path of ZX and other comprehensive group internal business synergy development, this thesis finds out that the scholars from the theoretical and practical aspects rarely use the latest information technology to complete the collaboration. The innovative research of management mode has not formed a theoretical and feasible measure to realize the effective operation of the internal business synergy mechanism based on the information technology platform. Therefore, the main content of this thesis is that, in the context of the transformation and application of cutting-edge information technology, it combines the characteristics of the internal and external environment, organization and business form of the group, combined with the theory of collaborative strategy and the theory of collaborative management of information technology, especially Under the guidance of the driving factors analysis of Porter's construction value chain, starting from the horizontal chain synergy and vertical chain synergy, the comprehensive group ZX is taken as an example to explain the current status of internal business collaboration. The necessity of the Group's coordinated development was analyzed. The two collaborative types of ZX Group's horizontal chain business synergy and vertical chain business collaboration were discussed. The synergy mechanism of ZX Group's business synergy was analyzed based on the knowledge-based group business synergy innovation mechanism. Finally, around the key breakthrough of ZX Group's business synergy development - ZX Group's business collaboration information construction and organizational transformation, from the connotation of building a unified information business collaboration platform, information technology business platform design and implementation principles, business The three levels of organizational change in collaboration have explored the implementation path and principles of ZX Group's business synergy development in the context of information technology change. Taking ZX Group business collaboration as an example, this thesis analyzes the business synergy of the group company, draws on the experience of its business synergy model, and explores the mechanism and path of information technology to improve the synergy efficiency in this field, and further synergizes the comprehensive enterprise group in China. Development and optimization provide guidance and experience for reference, so the research in this thesis has important theoretical and practical value.
