中文摘要:伴随科学技术的飞速发展,电子元器件产品因其价值效益日益突显,行业发展前景广阔,并呈现出刚性化的发展趋势,逐渐成为新兴的朝阳行业。受全球经济增长放缓以及电子产品持续走低的影响,加上行业竞争及洗牌,电子元器件生产商毛利呈下降趋势。业内企业需要提升自身的竞争优势,才能在市场竞争中占据足够的优势,从而保持长期的可持续的发展。电子元器件行业市场供求变化快、技术更迭频繁、新产品层出不穷,企业必须对市场供求变化进行准确的预见,才能在企业的经营发展中把握住先机。一旦对电子元器件行业发展变化趋势的判断出现失误、企业内部发展战略出现偏差,就会造成不利。要保持长期的竞争力,需要企业针对内外部环境变化做出应对性的战略规划及实施策略执行。当前,一些新起的电子元器件企业,存在一些突出问题有待突破,做好企业战略规划尤为重要。深圳 YG 科技公司是从事电子元器件新技术、新产品研究和开发的经营机构,作为科技型企业,在具备了多年的累积后,深圳YG 科技公司在技术上具有较大的优势,已经具备了一定的发展实力,但是在经营方面存在一些不足。市场经济条件下,如何构建自身的优势,成为一个重要的研究问题,深圳 YG 科技公司有待探索合适的战略发展方向以谋求大发展。 针对案例进行发展战略的分析研究,采用了文献研究法、案例研究法、工具研究法。在对国内外理论及文献进行综述的基础上,深入对案例进行分析。本文首先对相关理论及文献进行综述,并作为本文案例分析的理论依据。其次,阐述了电子元器件行业的宏观环境及竞争要素,总结提炼出公司的发展机遇和存在的威胁。然后,本文对深圳 YG 科技公司的内部资源和条件进行了分析析,总结提炼出公司发展的优势和劣势。在此基础上,本文进行 SWOT 战略矩阵构建,并提出案例公司的发展战略定位及目标,并制定了战略实施的相关保障措施。本文注重理论研究和实践研究的结合,创新表现在两个方面,理论上在一定程度上弥补了当前国内关于电子元器件企业的战略研究的不足,实践上针对深圳YG 科技公司做出第一次关于战略管理的系统规划,明确提出了“聚焦差异化”的增长型发展战略。由于企业经营的内外部环境是动态变化的,企业发展战略的制定也需要动态地变出应变。所以在发展战略的实施过程中,需要加强对深圳 YG 科技公司的内外部环境的持续关注,及时做出有效战略调整和应对。 通过本文的研究,将理论应用于解决实际问题,有利于提升深圳 YG 科技公司的综合实力,对于推动深圳 YG 科技公司的快速发展有重要的实际价值。同时,对于科技类中小企业制定发展战略也具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of science and technology, electronic components products have become increasingly prominent because of its value and efficiency, industry development prospects are broad, and presents a rigid trend of development, and gradually become a rising industry. Gross margin of electronic component manufacturers has been declining due to the slowdown in global economic growth and the continued decline in electronic products, as well as industry competition and shuffling. Industry enterprises need to enhance their own competitive advantage in order to occupy sufficient advantage in the market competition, so as to maintain long-term sustainable development. Electronic components industry market supply and demand changes quickly, technology changes frequently, new products emerge in endlessly, enterprises must accurately predict the changes in market supply and demand, in order to grasp the first opportunity in the business development of enterprises. Once the judgment of the trend of the development of the electronic components industry is wrong and the internal development strategy of the enterprise is deviated, it will cause disadvantage. To maintain long-term competitiveness, it is necessary for enterprises to make strategic planning and implement strategies in response to changes in internal and external environment. At present, some new electronic components enterprises, there are some outstanding problems to be broken through, do a good job in enterprise strategic planning is particularly important. Shenzhen YG Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in the research and development of new electronic components and new products. As a scientific and technological enterprise, after years of accumulation, Shenzhen YG Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has a great advantage in technology, has a certain development strength, but there are some shortcomings in the operation. Under the condition of market economy, how to construct its own advantages has become an important research issue. Shenzhen YG Science and Technology Company needs to explore the appropriate strategic development direction to seek great development. For the case study of development strategy analysis, the use of literature research, case studies, tool research methods. On the basis of summarizing the theories and literatures at home and abroad, the cases are analyzed in depth. This article first reviews the relevant theories and literatures, and serves as the theoretical basis for this case analysis. Secondly, the macro environment and competitive elements of the electronic components industry are expounded, and the development opportunities and threats of the company are summarized. Then, this paper analyzes the internal resources and conditions of Shenzhen YG Technology Company, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the company's development. On this basis, this paper constructs the SWOT strategy matrix, puts forward the strategic positioning and objectives of the case company, and formulates the relevant safeguards for the implementation of the strategy. This paper pays attention to the combination of theoretical research and practical research. Innovation is manifested in two aspects. Theoretically, to a certain extent, it makes up for the deficiency of the current domestic strategic research on electronic components enterprises. In practice, it makes the first systematic plan on strategic management for Shenzhen YG Science and Technology Company, and clearly puts forward the differences and vertical.Towards an integrated growth oriented development strategy. The internal and external environment of enterprise operation is dynamic, and the formulation of enterprise development strategy also needs to change the strain dynamically. In the process of implementation, we need to strengthen the continuous attention to the internal and external environment of Shenzhen YG Science and Technology Company, and make effective strategic adjustment measures and responses in time. Through the study of this paper, the theory will be applied to solve practical problems, is conducive to enhance the comprehensive strength of Shenzhen YG Science and Technology Company, for promoting the rapid development of Shenzhen YG Science and Technology Company has important practical value. At the same time, it also has a certain reference value and significance for small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises to formulate development strategies.
