中文摘要:伴随着互联网时代的到来和移动互联网业务的迅猛发展,许多传统的商业运营模式陆续受到巨大冲击,同样企业内部的人力资源管理工作也面临着诸多挑战。在这个机遇与风险并存的时代,人力资源管理需从最新业务的视角运用与整合互联网思维,重新思考如何变革创新以适应新时代的发展需求。人才是第一资源,作为互联网行业的游戏行业在激烈的人才争夺战中谁能抢占机会,谁就能在业务推动上会比同行更有竞争力,那么就要求企业管理者在人才招聘选拔中夯实管理工作基础上不断的打破常规,发现自己的强项优势,专注自己的特长领域才能在有限的人才资源争夺战立于不败之地。 本文是以快速发展的互联网行业S游戏公司作为研究案例,S游戏公司业务快速发展中现阶段人力资源管理滞后带来的人才招聘工作的困境,一直无法有效支持到业务,企业只有通过重视改进人力资源管理工作,上下管理者更加关注“人”的作用,才能思考如何在人才招聘中改变落后现状,因此引起本文作者的高度关注和并思考改进策略。首先,本文从传统人力资源管理模式和新时期互联网行业人力资源管理模式对比研究介绍入手,思考解决企业人才招聘的挑战与问题。其次分析了S游戏公司的公司概况和人员结构、招聘存在问题及其这些年在人力资源工作出现挑战和困难。接着,结合互联网时代下人力资源的变革思考,提出如何优化S游戏公司人才招聘体系的相应对策,即明晰具有行业特点的人才招聘战略、构建有效的人才外部招聘甄选体系、完善公司人才内部调配任用机制入手等。最后,提出了今后S游戏公司如何完善人才招聘工作需要的相关保障措施,主要包括:公司各级管理者的重视和支持,建立一套科学有效的人才招聘激励政策,还有持续在投入到人力资源团队建设和HR信息工作建设。本文基于互联网游戏行业下的S游戏公司在人才招聘选拔策略的研究探索,力图对很多互联网公司有借鉴和参考意义。 
英文摘要:Under the background of the Internet era, the traditional business model has been affected. As an essential part of business management, human resources management also faces challenges. In this age of the coexistence of opportunity and risk, enterprise human resources management needs to focus on management perspectives, integrating internet thinking, transformation and adjustment to meet the changing situation. Talent is the primary resource. Whoever seizes the opportunity in the fierce war of game talent will be more competitive in the business promotion. Only constant breaking the routine, finding advantages and features could remain invincible. This thesis takes S-game Company in the rapid development of the Internet as research case. During the rapid development of the business, the development lag of human resources in S-game Company couldn't be able to effectively support the business at first. From backwardness to final success in the talent recruitment, the process can be taken for our reference. First of all, this thesis starts with a comparative study of the traditional human resources management model and the human resources management model of the Internet industry in the new era, and introduces how to solve the challenges and problems in talent selection, analyzing the S-game company profile, staff structure, the talent recruitment problem and the improvements in human resource work practices over the years. Then, combining innovative thinking on human resources in the Internet era, S Game Company presents many solutions, namely clarifying talent selection strategies with industry characteristics, constructing an effective talent external recruitment and selection system, and improving internal deployment of talent. Three strategic reforms and innovative HR practices have achieved good results. Finally, the main safeguard measures for talent recruitment in S-game Company are introduced. It mainly from all of the company managers' attention and support to establish scientific and effective talent selection and incentive policy, and steadily invest in the team construction of human resources and HR information construction. The study and exploration of S-game Company’s talent recruitment in the Internet game industry has the reference value for many similar enterprises
